Well it's priced low so you should expect the same level of service, all my sites went down and they couldn't do a backup up for 4 days. What do you tell a client, " sorry I opted for a cheap cloud server so have to deal with it". They kept pushing the deadline. Most of the tech team didn't have a clue how to restore.
First of all invest in a toll free number, their security is suspence since one of my client site had tons of malware.
So if cheap is the only criteria go for it, but if you want to retain clients, stay away!!!!
