I would recommend buying the vortex air fan to anyone, first time buying from this company, delivery was quick and the product done exactly what it says in the description, I now have 4 in my house! Best purchase I’ve made this year me and my girlfriend love them

We ordered a fan/heater for my son's birthday and then were alerted that we might have to wait a further two weeks for delivery because of high demand. When I contacted Hotsnap to explain the need for a prompt delivery, they responded almost immediately to say they would try to speed it up. A few days later it arrived, in time for the birthday.
Their communication is excellent - I always felt there was a sensible human at the other end. So well done Hotsnap.

Love my board it's so bright 😍 , had a few missing items but was shipped to me within a week. Tried out first time yesterday. Myself and 6 of the kids that tired it loved it .

they are lucky they got a 1 star . To all out there do not even go near this company i ordered a vortex fan and it never arrived even thought they said a week delay. Sent emails which the reply was automated tried calling no response. lucky i got my money back of the bank but do not do not go near this company they take your money and run.

Unfortunately it seems we have been duped by this company as well as many others. Ordered 2 Vortex fans on the 13th July, they have taken our money but no fans have arrived. They are responding to my messages, the last one explaining that the hot weather made their stock system go funny??? I have just asked for a refund, but feel like this may take a while. We would strongly recommend you do not use this company.

Not even worth 1 star. The fan is terrible and I can't believe I've wasted £165. DO NOT buy this fan!

Bought a vortex fan from this company. Completely stopped working after 2 days. After emailing them I was asked to send a video of the fan " not working"???? Advised to upload video via WeTransfer which I did. Have since been contacted by WeTransfer to say video link has NOT been uploaded by Hotsnap and will now expire in 36 hours. Not heard another word from Hotsnap despite emailing multiple times again. One somewhat rude email from their staff member Takue telling me, when I asked how you video something NOT working was " simple, show it plugged in and not working"!!! Well the SIMPLE
answer is your product doesn't work, your customer service is atrocious and if not resolved ASAP without further BS I will be asking for advice from the appropriate ombudsman.

Bought a fan for £160 was so disappointed it was nowhere near as powerful and much louder than a £15 b&q fan. Asked me twice to send it by non tracked Royal Mail back to them- I sent it via full tracked service and pleased I did as it took over a week for them to acknowledge they had received it and then almost another full week to get a refund after that. Never again!

Spoke to Takue over the phone from customer service, they were absolutely amazing, very friendly and got my issue sorted within 5 mins ! Would 100% recommend this company.

Definately not next day delivery as plastered all over the website.

Absolute scam artists, the product is a pathetic dyson knock off that flat out doesn’t work and is way louder than even a pedestal fan. Wouldnt refund the item even after we sent it back per their instruction. They even tried to advise we did not send it back with tracked delivery because they’re trying to scam everyone including delivery companies I assume. Seriously, be careful, their reviews show responses from 3-years ago when a simple google search on companies house shows they registered in 2020

Very efficient. Ordered two but only one arrived. Wrote and explained and the second one arrived very quickly.
Customer services were very efficient and polite. Highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again if needed.

Paid for next day tracked DPD delivery for 2 seperate orders placed at seperate times neither came next day agreed to refund one of the charges but not the other as that one was appartenly DPD's fault - funny how DPD did not deliver that order I had no notification of delivery a man in a audi car delviered it very random - when you go on to order it shows next day tracked DPD delivery and has nothing to say subject to any order time etc but appartnely in the small print it has a cut off time this was the excuse for the first order not turning up next day I ordred the other way before cut off so hence that one being DPDs fault - its miss selling its not clear on your website - DO NOT CALL THEM VERY VERY RUDE!! You also can only speak to someone on the sales line support line tells you to go online very unhelpful so I called back and chose the sales option and got straight through to someone - they interupted me signed while I was speaking it has to be the worse customer service I have ever had - the Vortex Air Fan's are actually a good product but there are lots of alternatives at similar prices so I would consider using another company who do not miss sell deliveries and dont have very rude staff!!!

Order received and not suitable so I followed the guidance to return it which is to email them. Four emails later and I am yet to receive any response.

What can I say im so pleased with the fan great company to deal with very professional and the website has so many other products will definitely be buying more things tog

Just received my vortex air fan yesterday and oh I must say it is fab! Had it next to our bed last night, it kept us nice and cool, fell asleep straight away which was nice for change in this heat because it gets so humid. But this is our little fix!

placed an order May 19th. Fan hasnt arrived. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Ive asked for a full refund. So far ive been completely ignored. I am currently in complete limbo with this lot. really poor .

So good i bought two.Excellent heater and cooler and less than half the price of the brand begining with D.Room nice and cosy within 10 minutes.Highly recommended.

A great company to do business with, answered our question within 20mins of emailing.
Prompt delivery.
More online companies would do well to follow there lead.

Vortex hot/cold remote control bladeless fan is very efficient at cooling & warming a room rapidly. Love the portability of it. Stylish, oscillating & affordable. 👍🏻
