Hot Tub World Avis 

My hot tub was delivered in November on time with a great team of guys, polite helpful and knowledgable. It had to come up my neighbours drive and then they took out a fence panel to get it in place. My neighbour couldn’t praise them enough for there efficient manner and politeness. It’s a great piece of kit I have used it nearly everyday, being on my own I might struggle with the draining down when it comes to it, but I am sure the team at hot tub world will be on hand to help me through it. Very pleased with the service I’ve received so far and even had a wet test before I purchased!

I have been meaning to write this review since September! We were recommended by someone who bought a tub many years ago and have not been disappointed. Initially saw Steve who was not pushy with the sale and didn't look elsewhere after our visit as we felt comfortable that this was the right company to buy from. No hidden extras. Everyone we have spoken to has been helpful and the guys who fitted were great. We noticed a small tear in the lid which must have happened in transit and they replaced the lid without question.

Used our propel almost every day since the beginning of September and it has been amazing. No nasty surprises when we received our electric bill either!

I would recommend Hot Tub World to anyone looking to buy a hot tub without a doubt. Well done to everyone involved.

Great service from day 1. Arrived on date agreed, the 2 guys who installed were great characters, moved it to rear of property with ease and put in position and commissioned. Professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in getting balance right on water treatment, great advice. Recommend to anyone if you want a tub.

After a few cancelled delivery dates, we finally took delivery and what a experience that was!!! Installation team 5*. Office and sales team 5*.
After care service 5* (so far).

Everything ran really smoothly, the staff were very knowledgable and helpful, the guys that delivered and installed the Hot were great, They had to take a fence panel out to get the tub in ( it’s a brand new fence) I was slightly nervous, but it was out in minutes and back on perfectly
Also gave me some really helpful tips and guidance on how to maintain the Tub

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. First class solid advice given at the point of purchase (no pushy selling), followed by on site visit to check access for hot tub and finally installation. The installation team did an amazing job, they were all so friendly and approachable and really went above and beyond giving great advice on the use of the hot tub.

Finally, we underwent thorough training on the use of chemicals.

We are totally thrilled with our new Hot Spring 'Flair' model and would not hesitate to recommend Hot Tub World to any future customers.

I did a lot of research before purchasing my hot tub and Hot Tub World did not disappoint. Delivered and fitted within 2 weeks of order. The 2 gentlemen that arrived were very friendly and helpful. Once set up they gave me a lesson on how to work the tub and instructions on how to use the chemicals, very happy with the service we had. I made a good choice going with HotSprings, would definately recommend.
