The product I ordered never got to me. I got the emails of dispatch and delivery but I never actually got anything. Don't know who's fault it is.

Thank you for your review. We can see that you placed your order on Friday 23rd August. Your order was shipped that night but because of the weekend and Bank Holiday on 26th August, you won't have received your order as UPS do not deliver on these days. I believe customer services have been in contact to explain this further, and that your order will arrive today.
It would be great if you could confirm which dispatch and delivery emails you are referring to? As we do not send these, just an order confirmation email. Then UPS send a dispatch and tracking info email.

Only because there was a delay in the parcel coming and we weren’t in when it arrived due to other commitments. We had to collect it from a ups depot in Frodsham.
