From initial ordering through to fitting the Roman blind , everything was perfect. Great communication , fabric samples no problem to arrange, and really good quality blind. Very satisfied and will definitely use again

We are delighted with the pair of lined double pleat curtains (4.25m x 2.5m) made to order for us by Home Decor Interiors, with their helpful friendly approach keeping us informed at each stage, and their timely service - 24 days from order to delivery, exactly as predicted. Great value and they look great!

Wished I would of read the reviews of the other disappointed customers, never before have I experienced the non-return policy! Avoid ordering from this company like the plague! as you can buy the same products from a reputable company who will allow you to return items you don't require. As a rule you read the returns policy when you need to return an item, I have suggested they should clearly state on the front sales page that goods can not be returned. Silly me ..... if they did no on would order from them !!!

Delighted! We recently ordered made-to-measure Roman Blinds and are absolutely delighted with them. We are very impressed with the workmanship and excellent customer service.

Needed curtains for patio doors and kitchen window with specific requirements. Contact with the team was straightforward, friendly and helpful. All queries resolved and fair price. Good quality products delivered before stated time and all to agreed spec. Would not hesitate to use House Decor Interiors again or recommend to others.

Ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper which their online calculater advised. We only used 3 so wanted to return the extra roll (£42 per roll). Told that they do not accept returns. Why advise to buy more then required then? Is this a sales ploy?
My advice is to buy from a high st store where they accept returns of any extra purchased rolls, most stores do this.

Have bought 4 lots of material from HDI which also had to be fire treated. Staff very helpful with the purchase and kept me informed at all times. Really happy and excellent service - would definitely recommend.

We ordered Harlequin wallpaper for a recent refurbishment of a 1960's house. The wallpaper, while very nice, did not look anything like the pictures. We didnt have time to order a sample which we normally do. We contacted House Decor to advise that we wanted to return the wallpaper and after 3 emails interogating us about why we wanted to return the paper and 3 conversations , we were advised we could return it but with a handling fee of £60. I have never come across this, I eventually had to speak to their Customer Service Manager who would not explain how the handling charge was brokenb down or whether it was imposed by Harlequin or them. Do not use House Decor as my experience was terrible and we are £60 worse off.

House Decor Interiors have been great. The cost was reasonable, and the workmanship and communication excellent.

Fabulous wallpaper arrived well packaged. Do NOT use their online wallpaper calculator - I did and ended up with 2 spare rolls - House Decor will not accept return of them in their original packaging totally untouched - hence only 3 stars.

I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper £60 per roll. I contacted House of Decor to return 1 roll of unused unopened wallpaper. I was told that they did not accept partial refunds - but suggest eBay! They confirmed that if I had ordered 4 x 1 roll of wallpaper I could have returned 1 roll but as I ordered 4, the return would be classed as a ‘partial’ return. This is in their T&Cs but it is such a fundamental point that it should be highlighted specifically before the point of sale. Let’s hope they learn from yet another example of this! And change their website so other people are not subject to a clearly unfair, unjustifiable returns approach.

Absolutely amazing company and selection of quality fabrics. Not only could they fulfil the order, particularly at this time , but my fabric arrived within two days.
Simply the best shopping experience.

Please consider carefully whether you buy from this company! Their fine print says if you order made to measure there is no going back. Despite covid-19, this company will show NO compassion. They emailed to say they were closed and could not carry out our order until mid-June, we asked for a refund, they refused so we asked PayPal to step in who refunded us, a few weeks later our order was delivered to a neighbour (no email to inform us of dispatch) we were then emailed and expected by the company to go and get the curtains (despite social distancing and a son who is ill) and that we had to pay. Nothing through our door to say they had been delivered to a neighbour or where. Explained my husband was furloughed and we weren’t in a position to pay,so they took out a county court junction against us without even informing us this was there next move.Eventually, had to pay and add to our credit card. Curtains also arrived with pins in which is very dangerous! I urge you not to buy from them !

The ordering process was easy , and any queries promptly dealt with .
The fabric I ordered is of excellent quality .
I shall be ordering again with confidence .

Be aware their returns policy - they will not refund you if it turns out you don't need every item in an order - they only refund entire orders - so don't order too much of anything as they will not help in any way. Not sure they are officially allowed to do this, but they do.

Beautiful, high quality fabric and excellent service - my fabric was delivered within a few days of ordering. Also an excellent website, easy to use, search and find illlustrations. Highly recommended. I will use this company again!

In fact, if the order had been delivered much quicker it would have arrived before I placed it!
