Houseofnamesets Avis 

Placed an order on the 2nd of May from their website. 9th of May the order status changed to 'on its way'. 20th May I emailed to enquire about my order whereabouts. I heard nothing! Received an automated email asking me to review my order on Trustpilot!!!! Chased again 7 days later, still nothing. Chased again 2 days later, no reply. Checked their Instagram account, states they are not answering DMs. Website states any orders placed after the 11th of June will not be despatched until the 3rd of July as they are on a summer break!!!! Hopefully they are catching up on outstanding orders and not actually going on a break!!! I live in hope that one day my order will be delivered. I would avoid and in future I will check on Trustpilot before ordering online from a new retailer. ****Update 07/06/25 received full refund but no communication from houseofnamesets as to why I was refunded but happy to have not lost out.

Never received my order ! Try contact multible times but they never answered

Ordered a name set which never arrived contacted them multiple times to chase the order not only have I never received the order or a reply but I now have no way to start the process to get my money back

Completely useless. Awful customer service, refusing to handle an issue. Anything above the complete bare minimum seems an absolute chore for the pure delightful human who handles the customer service. Sends packages using the cheapest delivery service, uninsured & refuses to help if any delivery issues. An absolute waste of time.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store, and I do not recommend buying from them. Both times, my orders were incorrect. In the most recent one, they forgot two letters and sent the wrong fonts. When I reached out, they pointed to their 24-hour policy—which I admit I didn’t know—but instead of offering a solution, they simply said, “No, we can’t help.” I even said i can pay for you guys to send me the missing letters they said we cant. Stay away from this money grabbing store!

I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered 4 things and only received 3, I've emailed regarding the missing one but reading other peoples comments, I don't expect a reply.

If the mistake is quickly rectified, I will gladly change this review, but sadly I think I will never hear back.

They also sell on eBay under name sets and another company. Horrible to deal with they blocked me and said I was the worse customer they ever delt with hahahah absolute rubbish, Only asked for a refund on an order eBay had to step in and resolve the case. Horrible horrible experience avoid at all costs

One star is FAR too generous. 2 orders BOTH totaling more than 1000£ each, you'd expect a little more professionalism am I right? Well, that's not the case at all. First order was quite literally missing 10% of the stock and multiple namesets were misspelled, second order was supposed to fix it but was even worse, with them specifically telling me they could provide some namesets which they not only haven't shipped, despite me PAYING for everything, but they HAVEN'T responded to ANY of my emails in over a MONTH. Best believe I will sue them unless I get a reply, as I'm not going to allow them to take my money without any consequences. PLEASE stay away from this company by any means, the only thing they're useful for is taking the nameset mockups to ask a more professional company to print.

Email which I did. They ignored me, so sent another email 4 days later. They ignored this too. Returned goods yesterday, and get an email to say I didn’t follow their refund policy )which is to Email!) so they’re keeping the order and refusing to refund!

The worst company I have ever had an experience of dealing with. Items missing from order, product quality is poor and they don’t know what GDPR is!

Really poor quality prints that are thin and the shirt color shows through a lot. A real shame as I used them a lot for my business but they have ruined countless customers shirts now. I emailed but got accused of printing them wrong or on the wrong temperature. I’ve been printing football shirts for nearly 6 years now. Think I’d know if I printed it wrong. Really poor customer service too.

I had a terrible experience with House of Namesets. They completely mixed up my order and, instead of correcting their mistake and sending the items I actually ordered, they are only offering a refund for the missing items.

This is not acceptable, as the items I ordered are connected to other things in the order. A refund doesn’t solve the issue for me—I just want what I originally paid for!

Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. I’m incredibly disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again.

Absolutely useless , still waiting for my order , I understand it’s a busy time of year but when you are ordering Christmas gifts they should state if they are behind with orders etc. Customer services just completely ignorant and not replying . DO NOT order from this Company !

No apology, just an accusing tone from their customer services.
Refund offered, which may seem positive (although not received at time of posting) and now I have the option to re order from them and pay excessive courier charges at prime time, or start again somewhere else.
Whilst mishaps happen there's no reason in the world retail to not offer an apology, a discounted future order, anything to show they understand good customer service !!!!!!!

I won't name HER but the woman that runs this company is probably the worst person you will ever deal with in retail/online purchasing. She has such a bad attitude that she spends most of her time replying to negative feedback on ebay. Ebay have sent myself and numerous others i know of questionnaires on namesets which I can only imagine it's because of the rude behaviour. I'm actually surprised she's still on ebay although she sells other namesets on differant accounts probably due to her attitude. She's sent me items purposely defected, a black nameset in dark blue to try and ruin a shirt. I've had items missing from orders and all this comes with either abuse or ignorance and of course it's never her fault. I've also had adidas and umbro items oh and Nike numbers that aren't the correct sizing and colour. I've had the same issues with
When I've purchased direct from namesets also. Some of the items are very good hence I've left it a while then purchased again but as soon as there's an issue which is usually something missing from the order it's abuse abuse abuse. My advice us to stay well away from Namesets

Have ordered from them 2 times. Both of the times i have not gotten what i paid for. Aswell as the worst customer service when they dont even refund med for their wrong doings

Placed an order on the 30th of September, received it on the 24th of October. Trustworthy company with good quality name sets. Very happy with my namesets and patches. Only improvement could be the communication: the last time the tracking info was updated was on the 1st of October and haven’t heard anything since until they came in the mail. They also have some trouble sometimes replying on emails.

Con artists. simple as, i have proof that the item hasn’t been sent to me and they’re telling me i can only get a refund if i send it back, yes there a separate order i did for one item and the nameset was basically dissected, but not delivering on the £45 worth of sub-standard namesets and keeping my money
