Crooks no bed no refund yet Wowcher still use !!! Do not use ever

Absolutely do not use!!
Paid through Wowcher for a double bed, delivery date has been and gone. No email, no tracking details, no contact. Had a fight with Wowcher all week trying to get my money back. Had to go to my bank in the end. Complete and utter scam

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. Ordered through wowcher and NOTHING! COMPLETE SCAM! Sent numerous emails, they have no contact number. I Have made a claim through the bank.

Hello house or sleep hopes this review finds you very bad afternoon you guys have scammed more then 100 of people and you are using our address for return you are not related to us so why are you using our address for returns please remove our address from your return
And for the all customers who’s buying beds from this company they are scammers and they will rip you off and showed you cheap prices but in real they don’t provide good service and good products plus they only scam people and take there money more then 20 customer came and bring there beds in our showroom and told them we don’t know any of this compny they use our address for return customer need to check there reviews and then place there order with them they are scammers and we have raised a complaint against them to remove them from company house so this site will be deleted soon

Would give less than 1 star if I could. DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased a Wowcher over two weeks ago, I was told I would be contacted with a delivery date and nothing. Only contact details provided is an email address, to which there is no reply whatsoever. Wowcher are also reluctant to reply and just keep emailing the same email address to which again there is zero response. When you google the company it was also previously dissolved on companies house and then rebranded in 2025. Everything about this suggests scam! DO NOT PURCHASE. Still trying to get my money back through my bank,

Ordered a bed and mattress 2 weeks ago. Was supposed to get tracking information within 2 days and delivery within a week. No tracking has been sent. I've emailed twice, no reply. Wowcher has emailed them a week ago, no response. Now try to claim money back through my card.

Shocking, rang me 2 weeks ago to tell me that my bed would be delivered on the Sunday and had nothing, i keep emailing them and they dont respond, DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!

Did the same as everyone else here, bought a bed from wowcher from these guys, they’ve took my money and ran. Wowcher not responding, company not responding.

I ordered a bed through Wowcher through House of Sleep. Received a Whatsapp message saying bed would be delivered on 5 July between 7am and 10am on a Sunday! Nothing arrived by 10am so messaged the courier back. Two hours later received a text message from the delivery driver to say the bed would be delivered in an hour. It arrived at 2pm (no need for me to get up at 6am) and driver said in text it was a 1 man delivery and any assistance would be acceptable! Also that it was delivery to door only with £10 extra to go to room of your choice and £10 extra to assemble. I declined and had to have help from a neighbour to drag the mattress, bases and headboard inside. Bed was not what I ordered. I ordered a 4ft small double divan, they sent a 4ft 6ins divan. I ordered drawers for storage, base has no drawers. There are marks on the mattress and the headboard is a quarter of the size in the picture on Wowcher's website. Rang delivery driver's number which went to voicemail. Never came back. Contacted Wowcher via Whatsapp link on their website. After much going back and forth on Whatsapp and emails sending them the text messages from courier and driver and photos of bed they told me to contact House of Sleep and gave me their details. No contact telephone number only an email address to which no-one replies. Their return policy says to return the bed to an address Heckmondwike which is probably a warehouse as it says Unit 2. On doing a web search it says it is the address for H&N Future Beds Ltd (and H&N Futute Beds Ltd). I had finally had had enough and emailed Wowcher to say they were the broker and had an agreement with House of Beds so it was up to them to negotiate with them for a resolution and said I wanted a full refund or I would escalate it to their Head Office. They agreed to a full refund and have said it could take up go five days to reach my bank. My advice is to contact Wowcher, tell them it is their responsibility to negotiate with the seller and demand a refund or you'll take matters further.

Terrible no responses

Echoing other reviews. Ordered may 15th on Wowcher delivery promised for June 2nd. No confirmation email or any communication from house of sleep beds. June 2nd came and went and I contacted Wowcher who tried to contact merchant and asked me to wait 72hrs which I did and still nothing. Contacted Wowcher again and they asked me to wait another 72hrs. At this point I contacted my bank for a charge back and got a full refund however I got a message this morning saying Wowcher are disputing it? Ridiculous, I still never received the bed or a response, they haven’t got a leg to stand on. Can’t believe they’re still selling it on their site. They used to be quite a reputable voucher company but clearly gone downhill. Won’t be using them again

This company’s a scam ,they are selling beds through Wowcher and don’t deliver.
Trying to get money back from Wowcher is proving difficult.
Email address for house of sleep beds just bounces back.seen on the government website that a company called house of sleeps Ltd are dissolved possibly the same people.

DO NOT ORDER I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering I purchased via Wowcher and despite taking my money and Wowcher acknowledging the order I haven’t had any confirmation that my bed will be delivered. I am now 9 days in and the company have t responded to any emails I have sent and Wowcher are just saying it’s down to house of sleep. I feel like I have been scammed and will now contact my bank for assistance in getting money back. Do not order from this company

1 star is as low as I can pick. This company are truley shocking. Bed came charged me extra for the mattress, then once I opened it to set up, the divan base was damaged on both sides, the headboard was a joke, did not fit. Call right away to speak to the delivery driver if there is no answer. Since I bought this bed from them, it has been 6 weeks, and I email them every week with NO response from them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Photos look good, everything else is excellently poor

I ordered 2 single divans, mattresses & headboards.

The foot end on one of them is off centered. The headboard was all dented on the fabric and dirty and scratched at the top. Headboard does not attach properly after trying different ways. Now the headboard is on the mattress hangs off the end of the bed.

The 2nd bed. Mattress is the worst yet. Be better sleeping on a bed of nails.

Clearly this company is a disgrace. Iv reached out 6 times via email with no response.

I paid by klarna so im refusing to make further payments for these beds. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

Shocking service. Bought a bed through wowcher, all looked fine on delivery. Went to put the bed together they'd delivered the wrong foot end and slats. Which meant the bed was not fit for purpose. Unable to get any response direst from the company only through wowcher. now left with a bed I'm not able to put together correctly and my daughter sleeping on the floor . DO NOT use this company or buy through wowcher.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Had a bed delivered which had missing parts so we can't even use it...'Lucy' rarely responds to emails and when she does it's false promises and useless advise. This was bought through Wowcher who are also very unhelpful. Do not use!!!

Ordered a bed through Wowcher - it looks nothing like the picture it has staples poking out of it on the inside (this is a toddler bed) the colour is entirely different to what I ordered and the bed is nothing like they’ve advertised it is of such poor quality and the description does not match what has arrived! They refuse to collect the bed and refund because I signed for the delivery, the delivery driver despite me being heavily pregnant dumped the bed and individual slats in my hallway and handed me a clipboard I was unable to communicate with him because he was on his Bluetooth headset and unable to communicate in English so I was unable to address this at the time. Since then they’ve ignored emails and told me to WhatsApp which they’ve also ignored - Wowcher have attempted to intervene but the seller is refusing to cooperate- I have now reported them to trading standards along with Lucy who refuses to understand basic customer rights!

Misleading Advertising through Wowcher.

Cheap materials throughout. The mattress is an absolute joke and completely unsuitable for use.
The product delivered is not what was advertised online. What I ordered and what was delivered are two completely different things in terms of quality and finish.
The return process has also been very poor. I am still waiting for a refund since 28 April 2026, despite being told there is a 14-day return policy. This has not been honoured properly.
Instead of offering a straightforward refund, I was told by “Adam” that they only replace items and do not issue refunds, which is not what was advertised or agreed.
Overall, the communication has been poor, the product quality is misleading, and the resolution process has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Shocking quality of divan bed and mattress, misleading advertising through Wowcher. Awful customer service and refusal to comply with legislation for consumer rights. Do not use this company.
