Highly recommend
We were looking for our dream kitchen and a few people mentioned we should try Howdens first and I am glad we did.
Jack Warwick from the Dronfield branch came out, measured up and within the promised timescales sent out some designs. We wanted a couple of minor amendments making and again these were actioned very quickly so we decided to go ahead and order.
Jack took us through the process and soon we had everything spec'd up and ready for the builders and was very professional throughout the whole process
The kitchen was finished a coupe of days ago and we are delighted. It looks as good, if not better, than the renders Jack produced and the cabinets and appliances are of a very high quality.
I am sure we could have got a kitchen a bit cheaper elsewhere but I doubt it would have been as good...

Fantastic service at Dronfield Branch
Fantastic service at Dronfield Branch. Martin and Marcus provided such a smooth and efficient service from start to finish. Really gave me peace of mind that i was in good hands.
Both are so professional and personable. Rare to find honest service these days and they have both officially restored my faith in trustworthy people who are actually dedicated to providing the best service they can. It has been an absolute pleasure.
I would highly recommend this branch to everyone and definitely have a lifelong customer in me.

Kitchen reconfiguration
Great service from Ed Webb from starting the design of my kitchen to the final stages. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The team at Dronfield are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience and I highly recommend their services

Dronfield Howdens
The staff at Dronfield Howdens have restored my customer satisfaction in Howdens after having to deal with a very rude woman at another branch some time ago now!
The staff from the Manager and planning staff to the counter staff are polite, helpful and really want to help. I have now sent several very satisfied customers their way, their planning expertise have taken the headache out of some of our projects for customers and saved us much time. Some of our clients have said they felt that nothing was too much trouble and their willingness to try and solve some of the technical challenges with their space was commendable.
So I wouldn't hesitate to send more customers their way because we trust them to give our customers the best experience when they are sometimes in the middle of an extension and building works. It can be difficult to have the finished build in mind and at this branch they will do all this for you, doing an on site visit to plan the room for you and views of your project from all angles. Never any problems exchanging things and they always turn up when they say they will.
My tip for kitchens.... Go to Dronfield!

Was served today by an apprentice siobhan at the Dronfield store ,she had exceptional customer service very well mannered and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful indeed.

Being a regular customer of Howdens we…
Being a regular customer of Howdens we were disappointed to have recently experienced a number of minor issues regarding goods that have found to be damaged upon delivery, wrong or missing parts on orders placed. This has proved to be very frustrating and costly to my teams and caused unnecessary disturbance & delays to my clients. To Howdens credit, the branch manager whom we principally trade with has addressed these issues, both promptly and in a professional manner. Improvements on how we trade together have been identified & agreed and have been implemented with immediate effect.
I would like to thank Howdens for the service they provide and look forward to continuing our trading relationship with them.

Dronfield is the best branch by far…
I have used the Dronfield Branch for years and all the staff are brilliant, well organised and customer focused. The manager Brad is hands on and runs his teams excellently.

Only one man sent to unload 3 heavy worktops. I am disabled so no use. Had to find a neighbour to help.
