I have a fridge and freezer in my house that I bought in Water Lane, Faversham back in April ( A new build) The freezer is hopeless as the drawers had to be taken out as I couldn’t open them so now it freezes up all the time.
Now the fridge is coming away from the very tight place into which it’s fitted and the screws are falling out. I tried sorting it out and cut my hands in the process. Lamona has nothing but bad reviews. A guy did come out before and said there was nothing that they could do.
I am stuck now with a built in fridge and freezer that are both utterly hopeless. I’m extremely disappointed and have no idea what to do.

It was great service at the counter I placed an order and arranged to pick up the items on the Monday as some of the items were not in stock, I was expecting that when I turned that the order would be ready however this wasn’t the case and had to wait for the items to be sorted so a bit disappointed

The kitchen planner Tina was brilliant and very efficient. She guided us through the process and made the decision making so easy. Any questions were quickly answered by the team and nothing was too much trouble. I would happily deal with them again.

Had what I needed in stock and always cheaper than other big DIY stores. I always go to Howdens first.

The staff was amazing such a credit to the company. The branch is always fully stocked with everything I could possibly need.
I would never go anywhere else.

Prompt and helpful design with all the usual drawings and 3D colour images. It’s not fully installed yet and there’s been a couple of shortages but the Faversham team have been helpful in getting the parts without any quibbles.

Have never had a problem with Howdens Products and Service from Faversham - However the disgusting ignorant attitude of the accounts department in Northampton is above shocking levels.
I had 1 invoice which had been missed on our account even though others had been paid afterwards and I made a call to Julie Maloney - WOW - what an experience - to be told I do not care about you , I got 58000 customers to deal with !!!
and subsequent calls to Frazer in accounts ( who sounded scared on Julie) YET A SUPERVISOR.
After 3 months of waiting for an apology from Julie, still nothing - it beggars belief that for such a good shop relationship, they can treat a 10 year customer like that. PURE DISGUST AT THIS ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I bought a new flat pack kitchen from Howden's and found a lot of the doors and units damaged and although the units were changed i was made to feel like this was my fault and i was in some way causing the damage. in total i had to return 8-9 boxes for damaged items and this does not include the items i refused when collecting the kitchen, which delayed me for 3 weeks or more, it was just lucky i wasn't paying someone to fit it as i was offered no money off or compensation for my time or experience in fact it became a running joke that i had found another item damaged, on collecting the last box i was told "in the nicest possible way i hope we wont see you again" I felt this was a little unprofessional as none of this was my fault so again back to being made to feel like i had caused the damage. I only give this score for the experience i received and the quality of the finish of the items, the actual build quality and structure of the units, is very good.

I am a new customer, my first impression has been positive. They did forget to book my but this was sorted out quickly, which is what counts.
