As a local business man I've had an account with the Pontefract branch of Howdens joinery for 20 years and although staff members come and go the whole ethos of the company is to help out where ever they can and they do this with professionalism and friendliness. One of the staff members Sarah has helped me out on numerous occasions with a quick and polite response to any questions that I have thrown at her. Top company, top staff members ( Pontefract)

I recently had my kitchen redesigned by Elliot, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the Elliot was professional, creative, and attentive to every detail. He really listened to what I wanted and turned my ideas into a beautiful, functional space that exceeded my expectations.
Now my kitchen is not only stunning to look at, but also incredibly practical for everyday use. I’ve received so many compliments from family and friends already. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen design and renovation.

Howdens Pontefract branch has always been a pleasure to go to, the staff are really helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for you. Haven’t been in for a long time but definitely go back soon.

Have used Howdens over the years for various projects and would highly recommend the Pontefract branch every one always go the extra mile, nothing too much trouble from Sam the trade rep,Paul and the guys on the counter to the lads in the warehouse. Excellent service, thanks guys

"Howdens Pontefract" Fantastic and reliable service, Excellent customer service, they were very responsive when I asked a question. Customer service was top-notch, I had excellent service from all the staff at the Pontefract branch but to name a few, Elliot Smith (Branch Manager) and Samantha Barrett (Territory Sales Representative) were especially helpful.
From now on i will only use Howdens Pontefract branch.

The way Howdens have gone out of there way to help and assist in my order and been fantastic in customer service and delivery.

Meredith was incredible, friendly and nothing was ever too much. Meredith designed my kitchen and made my dream a reality and it’s better than I could have ever imagined. Arron was also very helpful on a Saturday when Meredith wasn’t in the office.
I would also like to recommend all the Pontefract Howdens staff, they were all friendly and no query was too much. Would definitely recommend Pontefract Howdens.
