Howdens - Pontypool Avis 

Not great on customer complaint or issues. Been waiting a year for resolution on faulty handles.

We had such a great experience with Howdens Pontypool, but a special mention has to go to Sunny. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish — so efficient, friendly and genuinely helpful. His communication was excellent and he just seemed to be one step ahead of us the whole way through. I never felt like I had to chase anything or work out what needed to happen next because Sonny had already thought of it and sorted it. Whenever we needed him, he was there, and he made the whole process feel really easy and stress-free.

We also met Jay when we went into the branch to choose the kitchen and she was equally lovely. So welcoming, friendly and down to earth — the kind of person you can just have a normal chat with, which made the whole experience even nicer.

Really impressed with the service we received from both of them. They’re a credit to the Pontypool branch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We had prices from other companies however when sunny came we felt such a preasure lifted. Finally found some one we felt comfortable with discussing the planning of my kitchen. He helped through out the supply of everything even the slight alterations I wanted done. Showing the design of the kitchen in the showroom on the computer so i had a better idea of what it would look like. Thank you for such good knowledge help and support

I had the pleasure of working with Sunny Lidher at Howdens Pontypool for my new kitchen, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Sunny came out to take the measurements and helped design and configure the layout — his knowledge and attention to detail made the whole process completely stress-free. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great advice and practical suggestions, and made sure everything was just right before finalising the plan.

He’s such a great guy to deal with — friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about getting things perfect for his customers. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with every decision.

Thanks to Sunny, the process from design to delivery was seamless, and I now have a kitchen I absolutely love. I’d highly recommend Sunny and the team at Howdens Pontypool to anyone planning a new kitchen.

Well,where do we start,...and amazing experience from start to finish, we had been looking for kitchens for a few weeks and my neighbourtold us her experience with howdens, and Howdens smashed it! All the team, especially sunny and his wife made time for us when we went there trying to decide what we wanted, we changed our minds quite a few times, and eventually found our kitchen! When it all arrived everything was perfect. Thanks to u all.
