I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. Special shout out to the wonderful Tom at Howdens Sandycroft who designed my beautiful kitchen. Tom who are a star and a real asset to the Company!
I would now like to come on to praise the amazing Paul Wilbraham you did the most incredible job of fitting the kitchen.

Easy to deal with

We were downsizing and had to leave our large open plan kitchen of our previous abode and replace a much smaller and old tired kitchen in our 2 bedroom apartment.Tom’s plan was our favourite as he managed to fit in everything we required and made it look amazing.We visited the depot a couple of times to check the plans and ALL the team members there were so helpful and obliging.The depot is a credit to Howdens.We even decided we would like to change the sink after seeing it in situ and it was absolutely no problem.A new one delivered and the original taken away all in the same day.All these positives and excellent quality units combined make Howdens number one for us.Thanks Tom and team and keep up the good work.

I can’t express my gratitude enough to Tom for transforming our dream kitchen. We simply couldn’t have wished for a better experience. From the very beginning, the entire process has been impeccable. It’s been like having a high-end interior designer guide us through every step. Tom has gone above and beyond, coming out multiple times to measure, making minor adjustments to the plan as our preferences changed, and always with a smile. I’ll miss what has become our regular Saturday morning visits to review the latest version with a cup of tea !!!. And all of this at an incredible price. Thank you, thank you , thank you Tom. To say we are delighted is an understatement .

Friendly, helpful staff - nothing is too much trouble.

After a traumatic start with another kitchen company’s. Howdens and designer Tom Wynne came to the rescue . Along with a price match and a design that blew my mind I now have the kitchen of my dreams . Tom seemed to be able to read my mind as to my dreams and he’s brought them to life in a kitchen , I just stand in and stare . I’m totally in love with it all .
If you want high quality , bespoke designs at an affordable price , then I can 100% recommend Howdens Deeside and Tom .

We bought a kitchen from Howden's Queensferry from Tom and he was great. Helped us all the way through many iterations of designs and worked with our budget to get us a great deal!!!

The Queensferry branch is the best in the area in my opinion and everyone is always very helpful, especially Jack who has been incredibly helpful again today - he has investigated and managed to arrange the delivery of an item I needed that has been discontinued. Excellent service as always, many thanks.

Don’t go anywhere else! I’ve just had a beautiful kitchen fitted designed by Tom, plus some internal doors from start to finish Tom and the rest of the team at howdens Queensferry have been absolutely amazing even coming out to check all was still in good condition after a plumber caused a leak in the bathroom onto my mid-fit kitchen, I would recommend howdens and this branch particularly to absolutely anybody you won’t get service like this elsewhere

Simple end to end process design service and pricing

Everytime I go to howdens all the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Jack who always makes sure that I get what I need. I can always rely on him by calling in the shop or ringing up. If the materials aren’t in stock he will source them and get them to me asap. 100% recommend howdens Queensferry, north wales.

Great experience very helpfully staff sandycroft branch the best

I was told that my bedroom furniture would be ready for collection the day after ordering. I decided to order beginning of week for the Thursday. I was then told my delivery would not be in until sometime Thursday and not all of it would come some would be delivered on the Friday. When I opened boxes parts were missing and track was bent.
I am self employed and had priced for job I was delayed by a day as my first delivery didn't come until late Thursday. Then I had to go back to shop on the Friday before starting job because of missing pieces. Not a great start to my Howdens account
