Howdens - Reddish Avis 133

I recently visited the Reddish depot to collect a stack of primed timber. The depot was well stocked and the material was of superior quality compared to other suppliers. Chantelle was very polite,helpful and courteous. The communication between supplier and customer was on point.

Visited Howdens at Reddish to assess and get ideas for bedroom makeover and were assisted through the process by Roxanne. She helped turn my vague ideas into a plan and a visual guide from which we were able to find just what we required, what options were available and provide useful suggestions I hadnt considered. Very pleased with the end result which is better than I imagined it would be, so can recommend Roxanne and howdens highly to anyone considering purchasing similar items from them.

The kitchen took 3.5 weeks to complete due to mistakes made by Howden's kitchen designer. He visited our house and took his own measurements but got it wrong on one side. The first we saw of his measurements was when our installer showed us the mistake on the document he had been sent. He had to return a unit that wouldn't fit and order a replacement for the opposite side. This was delivered too short and had to be returned for the correct size.Howdens designer also forgot about a wall which was to be insulated in his measurements meaning our installer had to make adjustments. No compensation has been offered for these mistakes.

We recently had a kitchen from Howdens Reddish & I cannot recommend them enough! Our salesman was Shaun who was friendly & never pushy. The rest of the team were also great, after a mix up with a part (which was through no fault of the staff at Reddish) they dealt with it, smoothly, quickly & efficiently! We chose Andy from Beechfield Joinery, who came recommended by Howdens. Him & Finn levelled & fit our downstairs flooring along with fitting our kitchen, they were both super professional & down to earth, we would definitely use both Howdens & Beechfield Joinery again! - Ruby & Mike

Superb experience so far, we are at the quote stage, Shaun has looked after us really well, and given us great confidence that we can trust Howdens to give us the best service for our new kitchen. The design service is second to none, and Shaun's customer service skills are exceptional. Can't fault the service at this point.

This is a bit of an odd one we had a Howdens Kitchen fitted 2 years ago and we love it dealt with Alexa at Reddish branch only snags were the appliances Levona not great had a ongoing issue with dishwasher but after having it repaired 5 times Howdens kindly replaced it in Sept via the warranty there starts the nightmare .
New dishwasher delivered promptly and Howdens arrange fitting normally pacifica fit and do repairs we knew this after 5 repairs !
I was at work and my neice sat for me and it was a unmitigated disaster my worktop and kickboard damaged dishwasher left in middle of floor pouring out water ,wet towels my towels left all over, floor ruined and kitchen worse for wear .
So I contacted pacificia who took 8 weeks to investigate and tell me they hadn't fitted it but they had spoken to Howdens at Reddish who told them they had someone fit it but didn't know actually who .
I have mailed Howdens 8 times and just as I was about to post on here or go to Trading Standards 2 weeks ago a answer dropped in my inbox I answered they asked if my problem was resolved, I sent the long series of unfortunate events including photos and now ------the silence is deafening .
Have spoken to my house insurers who have said I can claim but they would in turn go to Howdens but I will have to pay £350 policy excess and my premium will go up .
So am posting on here hoping Howdens may respond wish me luck
