Howdens - Shadwell Avis 60

I am writing as a trade. Unfortunately, this is the second time that it is taking a really long time for Howdens to come back with a quote. I sent over a fully drawn up kitchen and asked for an estimate in return based on the cabinets in the drawings. And nothing! The time before when I had the Howdens visit to design a kitchen and price it up it again took weeks for them to come back with an estimate and even so it was missing the worktop that I was told they would send over the next day but never sent it at all.
Not worth the stress for me. Howdens is not really much cheaper than Wren, if at all, but the hassle and chasing with Howdens is too much to manage.

I was looking at a new door for my kitchen when a very helpful store worker (‘K’) came over to help me. He gave me some good advice and helped me narrow it down. However, once the manager got involved the situation became nothing but over complicated and difficult. He was also rude very bluntly. I highly recommend this place but steer clear of the manager.

My experience at the Shadwell branch of Howdens was excellent. Everything was fast, smooth, and efficient from start to finish. I was helped by a lad called K—lovely fella—who really knew his stuff.
He recommended the perfect doors for what I needed and even suggested some kitchen options for the future, which I’ll definitely be coming back for. He understood instantly what I was looking for and helped me quickly without any hassle.

Maggie Burton, kind, caring and very professional.
I purchased my kitchen, utility units and doors with Maggie, she guided and advised me to a point where i couldn't say no to the purchase.
Maggie has always been consistent through the whole project, her attention to detail really helped me choose the right products, she also managed to save me money.

Not very pleased withe the new manager at the Shadwell branch of Howdens he seems to be ignorant. And a little rude if im being honest left a bad taste in my mouth and will be taking my business to other branches maybe even other companies! Also promised insensitive that never come very sad !
