Worse Agency I've ever experienced unprofessional management, taking advantage of desperate employees needing local work, having to suck up & give positive reviews as not to upset the management restrictions on hours to restrict overtime.
Beware treat with caution only use if last resort.

Ashford office is very poor, Ben Turner after offering shifts for the week then does not reply to emails and previously offers work then its withdrawn.

I joined HR GO at the Kingspan site in Holywell off of the back of finishing my university year and being home for the summer and overall I was very satisfied with my experience. HR GO understood my awkward availability with having plans for the summer and never had any issues with me having days off whenever I requested, whilst also offering me extra shifts here and there too which was great. I would recommend this job to anyone like myself who is after lots of working hours to keep busy as that is what you will receive at this job if you seek it. They also let me hold my position at the site too whilst I go back to university which I thought was nice touch.

I left a 5 star review last year as I worked for hrgo, I had personal problems and they were absolutely brilliant, robyn especially. I have applied for a local position which I have worked at previously. I spoke to a young lady who was extremely rude,telling me no second chances as I had let them down. I wasn't sacked, I left the company on good terms. My mental health suffered last year due to my problems, this was the reason I left. If employees let you down for reasons of illness,to punish them for this later doesnt show any empathy. Thankfully mental wellbeing is being taken seriously by some employers but not all.

Brilliant agency to work for, had me working within a few days, now have a full time job, always paid right and on time, great communication and lovely staff

Don't belive these guys. They are the Data collectors, I'm worried because, they took all my sensitive information and proofs including my bank statements. Initially, I was told the role was offered and asked me to wait for 20 days for the job start. Then told me it was postponed for next 15 days. And today when I called them, they didn't pick my call. So, I called from another number, they're saying sorry the role was filled.!

Absolutely awful, don't consider your past when you had a tough time adapting, but when you go back for help to try and improve your life they fill you with false hope saying they will call you back as soon as possible and never call back.

I got registered through Fenella at the Chatham branch and I started work straight away. I had a couple of health issues and she was so supportive and so helpful the whole entire time. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Professional time wasters. I wrote a review about my experience with this company a few months ago and since then they have contacted me about registering for work with Royal Mail. However this was just to try and make me remove my review. Pretending to help you register for work but always delaying the process due to the fact they have no work.
They always come up with some sort of reason as to why the 'vetting' is taking so long.
THIS AGENCY IS ONLY INTERESTED IN REGISTERING PEOPLE SO THEY CAN BOOST THEIR NUMBERS

The manager Michelle thinks she's clever but i worked her out in about 30 seconds. She will only contact you and pretend she's helping you but really she's a timewaster.

Worst agency ever if you want to work at ROYAL MAIL! They start very late and from January they stop providing shifts! They say it's no work and it's a lot of work.
The brunch manager and site manager have no professionalism regarding people, they don't care about needs and payments that everyone has.

My partner spent 3 hours trying to register and get the 'correct' documents to be told by an agent that the shifts he had applied for had 'just changed' and offered him completely different shifts that he explained he could not take due to child care. Unprofessional and time wasting
