A brand new watch
I had some birthday money to spend on a ‘best’ watch. Samuel’s had an excellent selection and I chose a Rotary gold & silver one - dainty & unusual in its design. The sales assistant, Kate, (ENFIELD branch), could not have been more helpful.
She adjusted the watch to fit me perfectly.
I am delighted with my purchase.

I first went to the shop in Enfield where the staff were helpful and lovely, they didn't have what I wanted in stock and although they rang other branches to try and get it sent over they were unable to so I bought it online with HSamuels and it gave me a cheaper price.

I was served by a lady called Gabriella in the Enfield store. She was instantly very bubbly and welcoming, i called prior to see if they had a Citizen watch i wanted and she reserved it for me. Very helpful, she told me everything i need to know about this watch and even told me that i can get a Rotary i have serviced every 3 years. (I did not know this) very knowledgeable, friendly and a gem to your company.

It's all about the staff that's help us - they are terrific!
The people working in this store are wonderful - so welcoming and attentive = making every visit one little party! Specially Nina - knowledgeable and reassuring, finding the perfect gift. I am highly satisfied with my visit and plan to go there, in Enfield, for every accession and recommended to everybody!

Very impressed with the service
Very impressed with the service. My wife was looking for a tanzanite ring. The assistance couldn’t have Ben more helpful . She was ordered one which was out f stock at Enfield and sad it would take 3 days. It arrived early and we were emailed notification. My wife we was delighted with the service and the discount and bought a further ring and a necklace.We will be back
