I entered the shop at Braehead , Glasgow where I had my previous piercing done and I wanted my other ear done. I was told to come back at 14:30 due to the school holidays and it was busy.
I arrived around 14:20 where I didn’t wait long and had a consultation with Ross. I explained what I wanted and to match my other ear piercing however, I wanted it more shown. I must highlight Ross went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result.
As a registered Nurse I observed Ross carrying out the relevant infection control procedures and I was at ease knowing I’m in good hands.
The piercing itself was almost painless, the professionalism from Ross was second to none.
All after care was provided and I am pleased with my results.

We were in store looking at engagement rings, we were served by Katie. She was patient, friendly and really helpful. Not only did she help us pick out the engagement ring but helped us pair it with a wedding band which we also purchased that day.

We did not feel rushed, or pressured to buy something that wasn't right for us. We were guided in the right directions but at no point felt like there was a hard sell.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from staff at Braehead store!

Got white gold wedding rings and both our rings have lost the white gold look and turned yellow. We got married in August 2023. When I called customer service they said you have to get them redone after a year which is ridiculous. My engagement ring still looks the same the day I got it. I would not recommend.

This was an online order but it was actually all the staff at braehead that made this an easy one to make. They were all friendly helpful and enthusiastic. It was just a shame I had not a lot of time to make the decision but honestly they were all awesome and a big congratulations to the woman who just got engaged in Newyork

I was wanting to buy myself a new Tinkerbell as I lost my collection in a robbery This was very easy to order especially so late at night. Thankyou and goodnight.

Bad experience buying a Reflex Active fitness watch which was faulty. Lots of problems for exchange and returns. Baffling process and the central office contradicts the store. Still no closer to resolving the matter.

My wife damaged her wedding ring and I attempted to reshape it resulting in a parrallelogram shape, much to her annoyance. I attended H Samuel, Braehead, Renfrew, on Christmas eve and presented my dilemma to Murray who was immediately sympathetic and keen to assist. Within minutes it was reshaped and as good as new. He had even polished it. Ring was presented, on one knee on Christmas day. Marriage and ring good for another 25 years, thanks to Murray.

Staff member was very helpful without being overbearing. I got to look at several watches before choosing the one I preferred. Good value even before using BlueLightCard

I recently handed in a favourite watch of mine to have its battery replaced, which was done promptly and without fuss - in spite of the watch being an inexpensive and rather obscure make!
