Appalling service from start to finish, went in store the day before my birthday with my husband to buy a ring for my birthday, the assistant used a ring sizer and told me the size I am, the ring was not in stock so was offered either a 3-5 day delivery or pay extra for next day delivery, opted for next day so I’d have it for my birthday. Pays at the till and gets a receipt on which it stated delivery by 3rd July (3days later) I immediately questioned this and was told next day delivery means next day dispatch, we spent a considerable amount of time to’ing and fro’ing about the meaning of ‘next day delivery’ with the assistant interrupting me every time I spoke, eventually we left the store resigned to the fact that the ring would be late despite paying for next day delivery! The ring eventually arrived today and is too big, perhaps I should have been offered an actual ring to try on for size as the ring sizer was not accurate. I rang the customer service number today to ask what size has been delivered to me (as it does not say it anywhere of the order form or box) and to find out if the next size down is available in a store near me to exchange it. The lady on the phone sounded miserable, uninterested, unhelpful and unbelievably unbothered, verging on coming across as rude. I terminated the call in the end. What should have been a nice experience has been ruined, I just want a refund now and I’ll buy elsewhere. I encourage the company to listen to the call recording of my call today and check back through my previous emails.

Simone was very pleasant and helped me choose a watch which I was quite pleased with for my brother's special birthday. However, I was disappointed it wasn't possible to order the Calvin Klein watch that I'd seen on H Samuel's website and which was now out of stock.

I bought a jjxx Hot diamonds ring, gold plated on sterling silver. I collected it on the 5th of January. I noticed a week ago,(6 weeks after) the gold was rubbing off. I went into the Liverpool one store to see if I could get a replacement. I was told it's not down to manufactures default is was down to lifestyle and how it's been worn, and they can't/won't do anything. I could understand if I had it six months and washed with it on all the time but I hadn't. I've had jewllery from other stores even Primark, and it's never been like that. The store assistant said he would speak to his manager if I wanted,.I thought that's the least he could do, not if I want. Same decision, a strong no! I would be careful buying anything gold plated on sterling in this store, you would be blamed of how you've been wearing it. I definitely won't be buying from there again, and definitely no recommendations from me..polices are a disgrace!

I appreciate you getting back to me. To be honest.i don't see the point in calling. I rang customer service, and there answer was the same as the store. I'm disappointed with the store staff and customer services. The policy you have is awful, I will not be a returning customer.

My husband bought earrings for me but had to take them back because the back was not secured.They said they fixed.I went back twice more but told them if I wore them I would lose it and sure enough I did.I went back again and manager said nothing she could do.appauling service.

I had an amazing experience at H. Samuel thanks to the incredible help I received from Thomas and Jackie at Liverpool one store. Thomas knew his stuff and guided me through everything with so much patience. I can be very indecisive, but he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I learned so much from him and ended up leaving with my perfect ring — something completely different from what I originally thought I wanted! My Wife booked an appointment to get her ears repierced. From the moment we arrived the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. One of the staff came and discussed the process and gave a selection of studs to select from.
Then Ava ,the lady who carried out the procedure came and explained more detail about what my Wife wanted.
It was then completed in super quick time with no fuss and Ava did an excellent job.
We would like to say a big Thank You to the Liverpool One branch of H Samuel for making this such a pleasant experience.
We would highly recommend this as the place to visit.

Great experience ordering a watch

Initially one member of staff on floor. Several more come out after I’ve been waiting ten mins, they served someone who had just walked in. The £500 I was going to spend might not of been much to them but probably a good job as got same earrings in Ernest Jones a few mins later for less.

Just spoke to one of the store Assistant. She was extremely helpful and helped me with my order online. Thanks.

Went to buy a ring, Mason in the Liverpool One store was very helpful, honest advice - polite friendly attitude - he has a bright future

Went into the Liverpool 1 store this evening. Looking for an engagement ring. Tom was brilliant, really helpful, top lad. The future wife is over the moon

Awful customer service after paying £170 for a watch battery failed after 12 months apparently only guaranteed for 12 months was too late by 2 weeks staff not interested never got a phone call to say it was ready they couldn’t even be bothered to set it to the right time

I purchased online today a Garmin watch following excellent in store service from Sean in the Liverpool One store last week. Couldn’t make it into town but his service was first class. Thanks mate.

Permanent Jewellery-
Do not bother! Me and my best friend got these 1 week ago and they have already snapped! Very expensive and they will not replace or refund!! 1 week is not permanent! 😡

at liverpool one , a worker served us named tom and he was so nice and helpful and made our experience at shopping here pleasant and enjoyable even managing to sell us an extra necklace because of his kindness so i would just like to thank tom for his service and i will definitely be shopping here again!!

Liverpool 1 store. Preferring to buy in person rather than internet the staff were extremely helpful checking stock when I phoned. I was unable to complete order via website so they went the extra mile to assist. Phoning back as promised and arranging everything. Excellent people cant praise them enough

Went to get eternity ring from Southport branch and ann the staff was very helpfull helping me get the right size and ordering for me.excellent service has allways all the staff and manager are a fantastic team well recommend 10 out of 10.
