H.Samuel - London UNIT Avis 

Bought some small hooped earings in late November 2025 for £90. The clip on one was broken by March. When I sought help to replace them I was told that because I hadn't bought insurance there was nothing they could do. Under the consumer rights act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality and durable. They sent the broken earing off to their workshop to check the break and conveniently claimed the item was broken through accidental damage and if I wanted the earing fixed I needed to pay them £80. Buy your jewellery elsewhere. Really poor.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a pair of 9-karat gold earrings purchased for my toddler. After almost three months of wear, the metal has corroded, causing her ears to turn black and develop a painful, stinging irritation. Given that these were sold as gold, this level of degradation is unacceptable. I am requesting a total refund for this defective and unsafe product, I still have the purchase receipt.

I have been buying watches for ages from H.Samuel Westfield White city. I do always buy premium insurance to protect it. Everytime i was insured that watch glass will be included to insurance.i particulaly asked if glass scraches are include.
Recently bought watch for my mum and also premium cover. Its not enought watch colour ware off less than 6 months,watch glass got badly scratched. I went to the store and they told me its normal ware and tier wich clearly is not. U even can feel sharp glass with finger.they refused to change it. So on top of that insurance and watch price( more than 200£) i will have to repair glass myself. Never been so decieved.

I just received a call from the store telling me my order got delayed from the original delivery date 17/11 to the 21/12, over a month delayed. And taking into account that it was my wedding ring and need it by the 21st of this month.. it just completely ruined my day and need to try anything now to find another one with only 8 days.
Impossible to rely on this company ever again for anything important.
This is just a horrible experience with something so so important and only solution was to TRY and cancel my order.

Found exactly what I wanted. Served by Ken who was very helpful and friendly.

I bought a smartwatch 3 weks ago that stopped working,when I went back with the receipt I was told smartwatches are excluded from the money back or exchange policy,it does not say that anywhere on the receipt,was offered a repair which I did not really want for such a new watch,outrageous,will never shop at h samuel again

Went there an hour go today to Stratford westfield branch to buy some weddings jewellery for my partner
Could not get someone to serve me even after a few attempts
Don't know if the fact I was a man or my dress sense effected this
But was so sad had to spend my money elsewhere

The jewel is nice but too thin therefore on the delicate side. I spent more than I received. I didn't feel that I got value for my money.

purchased a citizen Mens watch service was good. Got it for half price was well pleased.

The Items that were bought were beautiful and am happy about that, after buying them, we found out we could of have had 25% price if bought online.
When we went back to pick up the rings, the assistant was confused and could not find our order after seeing the order number many times.

Excellent service and very good communication. Bought my wedding diamond ring 6 years ago from there and got it repaired recently. I’m very happy with the outcome.
