Second time I have given 5 stars for the team in Lowestoft. I find the team to be very helpful, with a really genuine focus on great service. I would like to single out Jade for a special mention for the help she gave when my Son and I visited today. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, and I am sure this stems from the Managers lead.

Had a watch which manufactures unable to repair.but Tiffany @ this store was absolutely delightful and so helpful in contacting/sorting and generally getting me a replacement under terms of warranty.just such an easygoing friendly store with all members of staff helpful.they welcome you with friendly smile don’t jump straight on you.but then offer help asap if asked.or notice you may require help.very good range on most items.very highly recommended top team top work. I had purchased a watch online but needed it adjusting and some help with the guarantee, so popped into Lowestoft H Samuels on afternoon of Tues 28 May 24.
I didn't catch the name of the man and woman that looked after me, but neither of them could have been more helpful.
Came away with a well adjusted wrist strap and a stamped guarantee.
Great customer service, worthy of a review (they do have a QR code in store to use if you want but I thought better left on here).

Myself and my Husband were served by Sue and were absolutely pleased with her service. She was very personal and helpful in jewellery choice and we couldn't have been more appreciative. Thanks so much Sue.

Avoid..rude and not helpful. Went to return a smart watch that I hadn't even taken out the box! And the male that served me was awful. Stated I shouldn't have been returning it instore despite my delivery note saying I could....then tried to say the seal was broken on the box! Which I hadn't even taken the lid off!
Said it will take at least 7 days for the money to return to my card....12 hours later I had it back!

Popped the lowestoft store and the people were very friendly, leaving us plenty of time to look ,a lovely lady named Julie offered help when we were ready and was very helpful and didn't rush us into any purchases ,when we decided she was very patient at helping with the alterations of the 2 watches we purchased.
Left feeling happy and satisfied with our purchase, so thank you Julie.

Staff so friendly and helpful. My teenage son has been in the shop with me, and in his own, with a problem he had with a watch he brought last year with birthday money. Staff were so nice to him - many shops, and shop assistants, can be dismissive, and rude with teenagers, especially boys, but so refreshing to hear how friendly the staff were with him. Service efficient and pleasing. Service is very "old fashioned", meant in a positive, nice and complimentary way - long may shops like this be on our High Street.

I can’t fault lowestoft store John and his team brilliant, seems I’m terrible with jewellery but they have gone beyond to help me replace or mend my rings, just cannot fault their service professional and so lovely to visit brilliant service

The manager was brilliant and she was very nice.

Worst experience ever ,the woman serving could not see clearly ,firstly she didn’t know how to use the ring size ,she was using a wide band not a slim one then she could not see the lettering on the ring sizing,then my ring was on sale and she charged me full price ,I will go to cox’s in future.

My son bought me the watch as a gift ,I am very happy with it the leather strap is very soft and comfortable on my wrist.Tryed a few watches on on ,but the fossiL watch was the smartest and most comfortable for me .so I am very happy with it .

All I can say was staff was very helpful and polite when choosing the item of jewellery

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this store and won’t hesitate to shop there again .
