I was delighted with the service I received from VIcoria and her manager. I bought a pair of gold hoop earrings and unfortunately the clasp was not secure. The problem was I was unable to find my receipt!, However, after they discussed the issue, they replaced my lovely earrings! Victoria was a pleasure to deal with and I am very pleased indeed. Thank you.
