Chloe at Ruby H.Samuel was brilliant, she was happy to spend time in sorting out what Chamila charms I wanted as they was for my birthday, she listen to me, she had good peoples skill and customer care in fact she got me a brilliant deal plus introducing us to the latest deal that was on offer that day which I bought a lovely Silver necklace with great of savings.. brilliant, I was well happy with Chloe's service that day. I Brought my Mum A Locket and Chain as A Late Christmas Present when I gave it to Her She said that the Chain Was,nt long enough so the Following Week we went Back to get Another One, the Lady in the Shop was very Helpful and She even went out the Back to put the Locket on for us, so all in all we was very Pleased with the Service we Received.

There was a wide selection of everything , including many different brands,
Chloe , the lady that served me, was excellent , very attentive & had an extensive knowledge of the products being sold, I will definitely visit this Rugby store again !

Your social distancing policy meant I had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes while you only had one couple in the shop. When I pointed out that we could easily have practiced social distancing in the shop your staff were totally uninterested. They came within one minute of losing the sale and if I hadn’t actually wanted the watch they would have.
Anyway I’m probably wasting my time, I don’t imagine for one second that you will act on this at all

The two lovley lady's from rugby store that helped me today were very king and friendly and showed perfect customer care I would recommend h.Samuel to anyone and the deal I got today was amazing and I'm now set up for future deals, All round very happy.
