H.Samuel - Sutton Coldfield Avis 

I took my grandad into the store to help him shop for a 60th wedding anniversary gift. The man who served us (I think his name was Josh) was really lovely. Nothing was too much to ask and he was so helpful. After finding what we wanted, he also congratulated my grandad on his anniversary. I would definitely recommend this store. Thank you so much for a good experience.

Me and my partner visited the Sutton Coldfield branch today and the lady who served us (Sylvia) was absolutely amazing and couldn’t fault her we purchased our wedding rings from her and would just like to give her some recognition

Shocking company- shocking quality/ shocking costumer service. A stone came off the bracelet ( only wore it for 10 days)!!! I took it back to H Samuel they refused to do anything, as apparently I hadn’t bought insurance. Everything comes with a warranty even if it’s 30 day. Apart from h Samuel’s items, unless you buy additional insurance they won’t take any responsibility for faulty items. I’m not a person who leaves bad reviews but I felt it was needed- you lot need an awaking call. I will never buy again and I wouldn’t recommend this Company

Staff at The Sutton Coldfield branch especially their manager, Sylvia, were fantastic. Not just for their service of products but making sure I was warm and comfortable after coming through torrential rain! They were helpful with showing me different items that I may be interested in and I was. 100% satisfied Customer.

After a visit to the Tamworth store to find they did not have what I wanted, a call was made to the next local store Sutton Coldfield, where Sylvia had the Bulova watch on display and said she would put it aside until I arrived.
When I arrived I found Sylvia very polite and she helped me with all my questions about the watch and after trying it on and thinking should I or shouldn't I, I finally purchased the watch and was very grateful for all the help in making my mind up as I had been thinking about this specific watch for over a month.

Always had a good experience in this shop at Sutton.
Lovely staff - always friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Purchased a couple of watches from Sylvia at Sutton Coldfield store in March this year and must say that the advice and service was second to none with time taken to advise and recommend. will visit again when thinking of purchasing watches.

Many thanks to Sandra and Josh for their friendly and helpful service when I was choosing an Eternity ring for my 80th birthday from my husband. Josh went to great lengths to help design a ring incorporating my birth stone, a garnet with diamonds to add sparkle! I am thrilled with the result.

We have had 2 occassion to shop at Sutton Coldfield and on both occasions the staff have been knowledgeable and patient.

Sylvia! What an absolutely lovely lady! She was so kind polite and sorted out my return in no time! We need more people like her in the world, such a friendly person💘

Popped in for a sliver chain about 2nd August for a birthday present. My partner wanted one a bit more suitable so went back a couple of days later to upgrade. Got served by Sylvia and she suggested a perfect replacement she was very kind, helpful and professional. Happy customer

hmmmm, why advertise your phone number if staff can't answer the phone? ive tried 6 times over 3 days.

I bought a watch today from H Samuel Sutton Coldfield. Sylvia and Amanda served me. Both ladies were very helpful and altered the watch strap for me. I am delighted with my purchase.
