Lovely staff. Took my young sister for her ears pierced and the supervisor was absolutely lovely. She talked her through the process and did her best to make her comfortable and was very caring through the whole thing. Payed a good price for the earring and she even got a goody bag to take home with her.

Bought a silver and Diamond ring for £300 and it’s worthless feel let down by H Samual will never buy again the Diamonds are so ring a jewel had to check 3 times shame on you

I didn't get names unfortunately, but the two ladies working Monday 19th Feb around 5 o'clock were absolutely lovely, really helpful and all round great. Would definitely go again after such great service.

Pictures of items very clear so you can actually have a good look at the item. Some other sites are blurry and will not do close ups clearly. Description of goods clear not waffly. Really easy to get straight to what you are searching for. Its a nice experience but it will not replace the shopping experience in stores. The staff in the Wakefield store are fantastic and this is why I used your website.

Got my ear pierced today... I was a little bit nervous but the lovely staff soon put me at ease & It only stung for a few seconds. Really pleased with the result & very good value 😊 would definitely recommend going here.

Visited H Samuel, Wakefield & greeted by a very pleasant young man. I explained I wanted to replace my gold chain I had recently broken. He was extremely helpful showing me several chains. As I have problems with arthritis, he offered to fasten the one I was interested in, & brought the mirror. He was very patient as I then decided on a shorter length. Once I'd made my decision, he then offered to place my pendant on the chain & kindly fastened it for me. I was then told there was 25% discount, very nice, & also pointed out I could take out insurance, which seemed a good idea. He was very pleasant, helpful & I didn't feel under pressure at all. Well done H Samuel, obviously a well trained & fully informed young man. Thank you

My fiance and I came in two weeks ago as got engaged, and decided to choose the rings together. Laura was friendly from the start made us feel comfortable, and not pushing us to buy anything. Gave us the right amount of time to look.
When picked our rings up she was fantastic yet again deffently be going back to get our wedding rings. Highly recommend
