H.Samuel - Warrington Avis 

The lovely lady Kirsty was very kind and helpful today at the Warrington branch.. Thank you Kirsty for making my day. My watch fits me perfectly.

I had my ears pierced at H Samuel because it seems the only place around for ear piercing that isn't a tattoo parlour these days! The lady who did the piercing was friendly and efficient and this is in no way her fault but the ear piercing was done in the shop surrounded by browsing customers. I would have thought perhaps a little side room or private area might have been more appropriate especially for more nervous customers. Many of the studs offered also looked quite small and I was a bit worried about some of them disappearing into the hole! No problems with the actual piercing but if you're going to offer the service, a quieter area might be appreciated by some customers.

This morning I went in H Samuel’s in Warrington to discuss a query . It was dealt with by a young lady called Tracey .

Mu query was sorted in an extremely polite and efficient manner .

I would highly recommend this branch of H Samuels.

Went to take the wife's watch for new battery I was told the watch was broken went to Warrington market thay put a new battery in and the watch is now working why do they tell lies 😠😏😠

Staff being so helpful, manager at Warrington golden square. She altered strap on a watch I bought else where , when I went in to pick up a bangle I had ordered .

I went to H Samuels in golden square, Warrington this morning with my G Shock watch regal an issue with setting the time. Debbie explained it wasn’t a problem and sorted it out for me there and then. Very friendly and helpful, it wasn’t a problem so thought I’d do a quick review to say thanks to Debbie and the other staff who were also friendly and helpful to. Thanks Andy

28//5/23 went to buy a chain for my son from the Warrington shop . Shop assistant was amazing great customer service and very helpful would more than happily recommend this store and the young person who helped me today

Complaint about recent repair
Iv had this ring for a long time and never lost any other diamonds on it, since the original 3 were knocked during heavy handling moving house,
just a day after you returned my ring the diamond next to the missing one fell out, it was obviously knocked or loosened during the original repair, I am not happy to fork out over £100 when I didn’t even wear the ring and your claiming it’s fallen out and nothing to do with yourselves? When I believe it is as I hadn’t been out and about wearing the ring for it just to come out. Iv just paid £340 when finances are difficult for everyone and included in that price was to check no other gems where loose no one In their right mind would accept a diamond falling out when they’ve just paid all that money and then be asked to fork out another £120 within a day! Would you? And that answer will be no customer services waste of time and shop can’t help I’m so upset and angry

Store are offering a 25% discount on wedding rings which ends 25/04 and the store assistant stated that the discount was available online. We came home to order though there was no discount code which we could use. Spoke with live chat who said that after speaking with their supervisor was unable to honour discount and we would have to go back to store. this would involve a 15 mile drive, the cost of the ever increasing fuel plus parking. Unhelpful customer service.

Excellent customer service. Polite and helpful assistant. Good range of jewellery to choose from and a ring was ordered in my size with no fuss. I was kept informed of the order process throughout and emailed and called when the ring was in store and ready to be collected.

Only called in to buy a watch strap,came out with a new watch that was on sale,also a necklace that was massively reduced. A young girl was training
(we were her 1st customers) she was very competent and plesent.

Excellent quick and efficient service from the ladies at the Warrington branch did everything they could to meet my needs thank you again
