A week’s Hire dried out the bathroom from unexpected flood (from Upstairs) Walls are now ready to paint.

Uncertainty about hiring charges and early return

We are very sorry to hear this feedback about our dehumidfier and how it did not work as expected.
We have fully refunded you now for the Dehumidifier and this will be back with you in 3-7 working days.

We were recommended to use this product to dry out our floor after a central heating leak. Although big and expensive it worked very well and we could start to see the improvement within hours. In the end it was worth going for this model. The flooring company had recommended hiring the unit for two weeks. I started with a week with an option to extend and everything was dry within days so we were able to return in the minimum hire period.

We are sorry to hear that the dehumidifier you hired from HSS did not work. We can see that this was eventually exchanged for you and we have now refunded you for the days that the dehumidifier was not used.

Took a little longer to dry out the room than anticipated.

We usually reccomend to allow at least a week for this to work effectively, however in certain circumstances due to the amount of moisture this can take slightly longer.

The de humidifier worked so well I’d brought two of them myself small ones snd never did the job as good as the industry one
