I have lived in a property that they managed for 4 years. They were very organised and professional from the start. Every year electricity checks were done, to keep us safe and every year they would contact us to renew the contract in a timely manner. When I was asked to leave the property (due some work that had to be done, for safety reasons) they gave me plenty of time to plan my move and after I moved, they returned my deposit within a good amount of time. Thank you, Adam and the owner of the house. I have great memories in that flat and thanks to you, none were bad memories. Thanks for your professionalism, work ethic and integrity.

Adam really does go the extra mile to be helpful.
We were renting out our daughters flat in Redhill. Being the first time we had done this we arranged to meet with several estate agents and letting agents. Out of all of them Adam was the most genuine and honest.
We have needed advice and guidance through the whole procedure, which can be quite daunting and very expensive if given the wrong advice.
Adam truly goes the extra mile to be helpful. He is available to answer questions at all times and will always give an honest and informed answer.
I cannot recommend Adam and his company enough. We will not look anywhere else whether we are letting, buying or selling.
