I am delighted with my Stag chest of drawers. The chest was delivered in excellent condition and well wrapped for transit. Email communication with Hunt was good, except when it came to the cost of delivery as there was a discrepancy in price (so only 4 stars). I was instructed in advance by email to have £60 in cash available to pay the driver on the day, but then he asked for £65! He showed me his paperwork, which stated £65. I didn't mind paying this as it was only £5 more, but would have preferred to have the correct information at the start.

Following this review, I received an apology from Hunt and a goodwill offer to refund the £5.00 difference. This is much appreciated with many thanks to Angela.

The vintage chairs have been received in good condition and the delivery process was simple.
Overall, the furniture quality coupled with payment & home delivery processes have been easier and more satisfactory than going shopping for furniture in person.

We were nervous about buying used furniture from a picture but when it arrived it was even better than we expected. We were given a 2 day delivery slot but once I explained that we would be away one of the days, the goods were delivered on our preferred date.

As soon as I found the Hunt Vintage website I found them to be very helpful with excellent communication skills.
I was looking for Stag Mistral furniture to replace bedroom furniture. I initially enquired about chest of drawers on display on their website but when requested they sourced matching bedside tables for me.They even gave me options regarding the condition of the bedside tables if I had wanted to upcycle them. I was supplied with numerous pictures to help me choose.
Once I decided exactly what I wanted to buy the invoice was delivered efficiently and then shortly after the person delivering the item was in contact to say he could deliver them the next morning.
The chest of drawers and bedside tables were carefully wrapped and placed in the room.
