Very easy to order, vet easily connect my dog’s prescription to the order number and no issues. Use this company on a regular basis as reliable and quick. Only complaint would be Royal Mail delivery hit and miss if they post it through the letter box or leave it on the doorstep.

I spent £119 on a box of 10 bottles of Remend Eye Gel 3ml. It has been out of stock for about months in the U K due to priduction problems in France. A competitor listed 10 bottles for £89 inc delivery. I was tempted to pay £7.99 for an enhanced quicker delivery but having paid £30 than a competitor (approved major seller if prescription meds etc) I thought I could wait another three days. The box was badly damaged as it had been packed into a flimsy jiffy bag and the invoice was badly folded and crunched up - the bottles were both inside the box and out of the box - appalling! Thus is the first time Hyperdrug has so badly packed meds for my pets. I'm not sure I will be purvhasing meds again from them again due to this latest shoddy lack of detail - a FRAGILE sticker should have been at the very least placed on the flimsy jiffy bag - how on earth did they think the very lightweight box inside holding the 10 bottles of remend eye gel was going to give the bottles the ptotection they needed. I have taken photos. Royal Mail delivered on time as specified - tracked 48 and they are not to blamr! The invoice and box inside show that the packer had not given sufficient attention to packing this flimsy box and didn't care! Fortunately the bottles appear to be undamaged. This mega supplier approved etc really should take note!
