Disgusting attitude for their customers.
Successfully bid on two parian stags. Condition report said there had been damage but did not specify what and where but gave very hazy photos. When arrived one stag complete with no signs of repairs the other stag completely smashed to pieces. Not one leg intact, half the tree demolished and numerous shards of china, so bad it was beyond repair. The box showed no signs of damage and it was very odd that one stag had no damage at all but the other smashed. Hyperian Auctions showed no responsibility and only offered a refund. NO compensation for what was essentially their responsibility in making sure items bought are not damaged, it's so easy just to give a refund. Personally I believe the stag was not damaged in transit but before it had even left the building.
