Execellent customer service

I couldn't return an item and had to buy other stuff instead. The shop was a pop-up with very limited items so ended up having to buy things I didn't need.

I bought from them my popmart collection. 100% authentic. Packaging was very secure and items were delivered a day after placing an order.

Customer service was also great — quick responses and very helpful throughout the process.

They are giving freebies also ❤️❤️

I was just googling for Sonny angel cases for me to use my SA as my bag charm and Hypeselection appeared and it just happened to be on SALE. I have ordered all the colors they have online. Once I have received my order a none available colored was delivered instead of the one I ordered and I got in touch with them to return and get my order instead but instead, they have called me to say they will deliver the order that I actually placed and I get to keep the wrong one free of charged. Which I think it's very thoughtful! From now I will be buying more from them!

I recently visited Hypeselection and had a pleasant overall experience. The staffs were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable browsing and were happy to answer questions without being pushy.
However the collection felt a bit limited. While the items available were stylish and on- trend.if they expanded their selection, it would definitely elevate the shopping experience..

I called your customer service team at +971 54 788 1676, today at 1:36pm and I spoke to Osama. I asked him, I need to clarify about the delivery of my Order. Without confirming what my order was or any details of my order, he immediately said that if I placed my order before 12pm, my order will be delivered the same day, otherwise, if the order is placed after 12pm, the order will be delivered the next day.

I told Osama, you didn't even ask any details of my order. Could you please check first the details of my order? I told him that I ordered the keychain. And then he said, yes, you placed the order before 12pm so your order will be delivered today before 8pm. Satisfied with Osama's response, I hung up.

A few minutes later, Osama called me. He said that my order will be delivered tomorrow. He wants to clear out that your website that states "Orders placed by 12 PM will ship the same day, while those placed after will ship the next day", means that the orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the next day and if after 12pm, orders will be delivered the day after the next day. Moreover, he said that the word "Ship" in their sentence means that the order will be shipped in the STORE and not in the customer's delivery place. I told him, why would you make such statements on your website? Why would the customer be concerned about the shipment of your product in your store?! The customer is only concerned when the order will be delivered to them! And in the first place, why would OSAMA initially tell me that my keychain order will be delivered at 8pm today? Is it because my order is a single keychain, that is almost worthless?

The same explanation I had when your Manager Karan called me. "NO DELIVERY ON THE SAME DAY"

I have been referred by my Emirati friend to order this keychain from your store. He said that he has not experienced this kind of issue before because he usually picks up his shoes orders from your store. If I knew that your words "Orders placed by 12 PM will ship the same day, while those placed after will ship the next day" still means the next day, then I should have placed my order on pick up. THESE WORDS ARE MISLEADING, IT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Unfortunately, this BAD EXPERIENCE ruined my boyfriend's birthday surprise!
