My experience has been very good. Twice I have rented my property within a couple of days due to the wide access iantheagent provides for a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than estate agents and I can arrange viewing times that suits me.

Great online facility and excellent after sales service to further support the generation of advert responses.

The whole process was very smooth and the staff were very helpful in showing me the best ways to market my property.

First time using this company but I have recommended to my friends and will use for my other properties.

Always a pleasure to talk to. Got plenty of viewings as I could afford to drop the price compared to the competition who are all still languishing unsold. I paid upfront so it was clear to buyers I was motivated to sell. I was happy with the price because it was a quick sale, one in the hand is worth two in the bush; the buyer my last agents found dropped out after 8 months, probably due to Gideon's 2015 budget.

I had floor plans already and am competent with CAD. Failing to plan is planning to fail 😛 I used a cheap action camera to get the wide angle shots, like professionals charge a lot for. If you can do photos OR plans I highly recommend them to you. Check their prices anyway.

I am delighted with the "I am the agent site". We no longer have to deal with expensive lettings agents. Our savings are significant. We place the add on the site ourselves using pictures and narrative of our choice. The user interface is simple but powerful. Within 24 hours we are also on all the mainstream sales and lettings portals. We deal with the enquires and viewings directly and basically are in control of who we choose as our new tenants. If we need to modify our ad then the process is quick and efficient. Our new tenants also prefer dealing directly with the landlords, not least as it saves additional tenancy fees for them. All in all a more satisfactory experience for all parties.

This is the second time i have used i am the agent in the last 3 years firstly i used them to find me a tennant with a little work myself in taking photos internal and external writng a description of the property e mailing it yo them doing the viwings myself i had a tenant within 3 days amazingly i have done the same recently in marketing my property for sale with i am the agent it took a little longer but after 6 months of being on the market thanks to i am the agent i have found a buyer they advertise your property on right move zoopla etc for a fraction of the price of estate agents and the service is a second to none thanks for all your help i am the agent i would strongly recomend this company they were 1st class thanks again mr david white x

We use I Am The Agent and it's a great way to advertise widely via one portal and is cost effective. The service from their staff has been quick, efficient and helpful. The one improvement they can make - which would help us a lot - is to ensure ALL phone numbers are forwarded with an enquiry. If you just email a reply a lot of Enquirers do not receive it as it gets filtered into their 'Junk' mail as our email is unknown to them. If all genuine enquiries HAVE to include a phone number it might also filter out the 'time wasters' who press an 'interested' button and probably think it bookmarks possibles - when it actually generates an email. We get 20 -30% of these

We used I Am The Agent to market our property whilst travelling and I have to say it was a breath of fresh air. Fixed price that was on the screen, we chose to use their referencing, not pushed to (like other on line agents), very swift and on hand when we needed them with knowledge and support. Let within a week to a great tenant. Will definitely use again!

The only draw back to this service is the limitation on how many photos you can upload: ten. I had taken many more!
I chose this service because I wanted the control of writing the description and taking the photos. I also adapted an architect's drawing (to scale) for the floor plan. I had researched house prices by comparing our home with what was on the market in the locality, and felt confident about the price we pitched it at. I've worked for estate agents - the people they send round to value a house usually have no special qualifications.
Anyway, I paid the fee, uploaded the info and received a phone call from an intelligent and pleasant sounding woman, who welcomed me to the service. I didn't see how I could lose: I Am The Agent gives access to Right Move for a year.
As it happens, I uploaded our information on 1st April, had an enquiry that afternoon, a viewing the next day, and an offer (which we accepted) the following day. I also had several enquiries via email, which I dealt with accordingly.
It helped that we had done our homework: pitched the house at the right price and we'd worked hard to present our home to best advantage.
The BEST bit is we saved SO MUCH MONEY! Why do shop-front estate agents think they can charge a percentage of the house price and not a set fee? I really feel estate agents who operate in this way will become obsolete.
So pleased with this service. I've recommended it to lots of people. All in all, a really good experience.
