I'm always a tad worried about pre-booking taxi's abroad in case they don't show up! I need not have worried. On arrival in Ibiza our driver was waiting outside the airport (our name on a board) he drove us to the hotel with no problems. The day of our return I received a text saying our driver was running 10-15 mins late. I was pleased to receive the text rather than the driver just turning up late. The driver was just over 10 mins late which was no problems. He got us to the airport with no problems. I would recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Booked privet transport for 4 adults and 3 children in may was so easy quick response time every thing was clear dropped straight to hotel and picked back up from outside hotel with having special needs children it helped a lot made it alot easier would 100000% be rebooking with them all the team are really friendly easy to talk to.

Have used Ibiza Transfers for the last 4 years when visiting Ibiza. Communication is excellent, drivers always on time and notified of pick up time the day before going home. Highly recommend !

This is the 5th time of using Ibiza Transfers as I cannot fault the service. Driver was there to meet us at the airport and we had no issues whatsoever. Communication is top draw and Jason and Nanda keeping us informed as to pick up times etc. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use when we are Ibiza again.

Fabulous experience from start to finish! We were a party of 10 including 4 kids and both vehicles we were picked up in were comfortable, air conditioned and we felt safe with our driver. We booked a return transfer and our transfer arrived approximately 5 minutes after the 3 TUI buses which departed our hotel and we still made it to Ibiza airport before the coaches which heavily reduced our checking in times. We did not receive a text the night before informing us of our pick up time but after a quick email, they responded well out of hours informing us there was a slight issue with the text messaging service and put our minds at ease with the pick up times. Very lovely drivers on both transfers, great spacious and air conditioned vehicles. We are planning to go back next year and would not hesitate to use their services again.

If you need a transfer company in Ibiza I highly recommend using Ibiza Transfers. Our group of 13 used their services for a number of different transfers during our stay, every vehicle was of a very high standard and each driver was on time, courteous and very professional. We had a few last minute scheduling changes (completely on our part) and Jason, Nanda and team could not have been more accommodating. Will most definitely use Ibiza Transfers again on our next visit.

We've used Ibiza transfers for two holidays and we've been very happy with the service each time. On one occasion we needed a little support finding our driver, one quick email and Jason was straight on the phone with me and got everything resolved in minutes, he even sent a follow up message to make sure all was well. Will definitely use this service again

Fantastic company!

Booking process is seamless, very responsive and so helpful.
Had no issue finding the driver's and were waiting for us on both pick ups when we arrived.
Drivers are really friendly and the taxis themselves are in excellent condition.

Can't rate these guys highly enough. If you need a taxi in Ibiza, this is where you should go.
