What happened to simple written instructions. Not everyone has access to a computer. There are 56 pages of instructions on my phone. i wouldnt buy another one.

The i-box podium 2 would only charge a phone to 50% after a month, now it won't turn on, so another purchase for the bin. Very disappointed. Bought an Anker bluetooth speaker now, it's far superior and a similar

FOR NO APPARENT REASON THE SOUND DISSAPPEARS QUITE OFTEN AND HAVE TO PLUG OUT..which means reset time.. preprogrammed stations..never would have imagined..cant make it up
I purchased a Slumber radio alarm clock. Unfortunately, the snooze function only works for one of the two alarms you can set up. This is a fault. They were happy to replace, but I would have had to send the alarm back at MY EXPENSES, which is not acceptable. With the postage cost I'd end up paying double for the alarm clock. BAD EXPERIENCE.
Literally within 10 minutes of my warranty form going in, I got a reply and within 30 minutes a new item had been sourced, ordered and on it’s way! Their customer service is 2nd to none! I had the pleasure of being served by “Pete” who was just brilliant!! So refreshing to be served with customer service at the forefront of their principles. THANK YOU!
Terrible experience with i-box after buying an i-box Airtime DAB radio direct from their website (iboxstyle.com). The radio was faulty on delivery and didn’t work. Not a problem. These things sometimes happen. However. How you treat customers DOES matter! I rang the customer support line and was told by an uninterested person to email them. He obviously didn’t want to be bothered by someone who’d just taken delivery of a brand new faulty product they’d just sold me. Once I’d emailed the company I got a reply - asking me to return the radio to them - AT MY EXPENSE! Not only had they sent out a faulty product, they then had the audacity to expect me to be out of pocket for returning a useless piece of equipment they’d just sold me. WOW! Great customer service Philex Electronic Ltd (company behind the iboxstyle website). Yes, it is in their T&C’s that any returns are paid for by the customer - but surely sending someone a faulty product and expecting them to pay for it to be rectified, is beyond belief. Terrible!
I bought a Ibox barrel DAB radio via Amazon. The product appeared of good quality. I had it a few days and put the mode button onto Bluetooth setting, and the whole radio locked, and I could not do anything to switch the radio off, or change the mode position to DAB. I contacted IBox via email, and got absolutely no response whatsoever. I let the battery drain on the Ibox and started it up again fully charged and it was okay for 48 hours and then when pressing the mode button, the speaker locked up again onto Bluetooth and would not shift. Very frustrating as the sound quality was good and the product seemed well-made. Contacted Amazon, and got a replacement, but disappointed that IBox did not respond to my email. Obviously a Dud item and non-existent Customer Service other than Amazon who were very good.
I bought an I-box Tune on Amazon and it worked really well for about 6 months. Then I had problems with the DAB radio recharging. I contacted their Technical Support. They were excellent and sent me a new DAB radio without any fuss. The new radio works like a dream. I would buy another i-box product any day.
I-box shelf is a great little speaker set. Looks great & works flawlessly.
Also excellent after-sales customer service.
I broke the remote for mine & after only one email to i-box was sent a new replacement remote totally FREE.
Highly recomend both the company & the I-BOX SHELF BLUE TOOTH SPEAKERS.
I bought a set of their multi-input shelf speakers paying £80 for them two years back, so they are well tried and tested now, you can view all their instructions and levels etc online at their website so I won't bore you with that stuff, I will tell you the important bit, what they sound like and being a bit of an expert on ears and sound I can tell you they are probably the best value sub £100 speakers you can buy, I have all the inputs connected up and all are crystal clear, especially the digital input from my TV I get true HIFI sound from youtube spotify and my radio apps that play in digital internet format MP3, the sound is full and punchy with great mid-range (the range human ears work at best) the treble is pin-sharp and the bass is deep and full, the kevlar cones make a big difference over cloth/paper cones, no zing from them when they are "cranked up really high" (Slaughter & The Dogs circa 1977) I've listened to much more expensive shelf speaker of the same size and output from all the top firms from Rotel to Denon JMB to JCB and none of them out perform these little devils, trust me I do not not recommend anything lightly, I don't tell people to spend money on anything unless it is very well made and value for money, plus these are made in Englnd, not just assembled in England from Chinese made internals and speaker cones, every single part is made in England and put together by Englishmen/woman, its un patriotic to buy Japanese, German, Chinese stuff when the English made stuff is better and you help local people employ other local people,
This company is producing good quality products at a reasonable price.
I got really good service when something went wrong.
