Wenn es mal Freispiele gibt was oft nur einmal passiert dann muss man Glück haben das ein paar Euro gezahlt werden. Es macht einfach kein Spaß mehr wenn man weiß das man ein Spiel nach einmal Freispiele verlassen kann da dann eh meist nix mehr passiert. Schade es war jahrelang mit den gewinnen sehr ausgeglichen. I have been waiting for my withdrawals since July 8th, 2025.
I made three withdrawal requests (2500€, 4999€, and 2500€), but only two were processed. One still shows as “new” and the others are still “in progress”.
I contacted support many times and I keep getting different dates — first 28.07.2025, then 31.07.2025, and now another 5 working days.
Still, I didn’t receive any confirmation from the external payment provider.
This is very frustrating. My account is verified (ID: 29101555), and I have no bonus balance.
If nothing changes, I will report this everywhere I can. Please resolve this!

Finally I was able to withdraw $100, then the scammers placed it back into my gaming account, contacted agent Grace that would not check why my withdraw was put back into my, tried again for them to put back into my gaming account, I decided to lose it all by wagering higher amounts, down to zero and I will never play on this scam casino that is another bad Curacao gaming site that makes it impossible to withdraw. Months back, I requested them to close my account, they didn't, on Monday April 1st, I sent another email requesting my account to be closed, now waiting for them to implement my request. Apr/7/25, These corrupt scammers still have not closed my account, but the clowns keep sending deposit bonuses. Today I blocked their web site, now they can't send those pop ups! BYE!
