From the the time of booking and paying.
Was booked as a birthday celebration, but the celebration was damped by the thought of the return journey,, not knowing what time transfer was, is the transport road worthy etc. Hotel reception staff very unhelpful. On arrival we were too early to check in, so was directed to luggage store area, which was the laundry and very dirty. The only are to get changed was reception toilets with no working lights, no hand drying facilities and no mirror. I feel we were let down with the icelolly experience

It was ok but I’m unhappy about hidden charges for example hotel tax that was not made clear to me when booking and paying in full

I`ve had a number of good deals over the years from this site, but as with most other holiday companies its all about finding the right deal from the right airport.

Companies don’t honour price stated on…
Companies don’t honour price stated on ice lolly.com. Example I wish to fly from Manchester to sharm on the 7th May for 7 nights to Concorde el Islam hotel, price given on icelolly is £502. When u try to book it on love holidays.com they put the price to £594. What’s the point having icelolly.com if the travel agents are not going to honour their prices ? It’s like the travel agents advertising a holiday for £200 on ice lolly then when calling them they saying the price now is £600. It’s misleading and clearly absurd. Icelolly needs to get rid of these tough agents.

Icelolly was far too expensive we…
Icelolly was far too expensive we holiday at least six times a year and i`m careful about prices have many spread sheets to compare prices and constantly compare and ice lolly were the worst on prices.....
