IM VERY CONCERNED ABOUT FRAUD

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we have not been able obtain Brazilian Real for some time either for our home delivery service or for our bureaux. We have had a lot of people contacting us saying that they have had problems sourcing it from their usual outlets so we were under the impression that it was a wider problem.
However we are pleased to hear that you managed to find it somewhere else on this occasion and hope you will visit our Waterloo outlet again soon.

too public
My only concern is that the booth on Waterloo Station is very public and anyone watching can see people walk away with large sums of cash. Could customers not be dealt with in an enclosed part of the booth where they can at least put their cash away in private.

If you do feel that this is too exposed for you, have you ever considered using our Home Delivery service? You can order securely online or over the phone usually with a better rate than the branches and have the money delivered in most cases the next working day securely by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We do hope that you will use one of our services again soon.

Excellent service received at the…
Excellent service received at the Waterloo Branch.
I called the same day to ask certain questions and what was needed with regards to honouring previous rates being presented via the voucher. All was answered with professionalism.
They had the best rates compared with 15 other suppliers.
Once I turned up, all the staff were polite and whilst they were serving me, we chatted and laughed about other things.
Very friendly staff and I was very happy that I went to this branch.
I will definitely return again and definitely recommend them.
