Way more than satisfactory
IMB racewear cares about the quality of their products. I ordered gloves, an iracing hoodie, and their sim-racing socks. Everything fit well and I can say with full confidence that the long wait time was well worth it!

Great comfortable gloves
So far these have been great gloves, they look and feel great, and appear to be very well made but I’ve only had them about a week so I can’t speak to longevity just yet. The process was long but they were open about it and even gave compensation, which to me was unnecessary but a very nice thing to do. I really like the customization options, gives a nice touch. Only thing I wish I could change is have a larger Velcro patch to attach the wrist strap to so it doesn’t hang, it’s annoying when using the mouse.

In regards to the wrist strap, I will report this back to the team as feedback and it's something we can explore - any feedback like this is very valuable and ultimately is what allows us to bring the best products that the community wants.
Worth the Wait!
The IMB was great to work with and had very detailed responses to my questions regarding color choices during the design phase. It led me to choose a great combo that makes me smile when I look at them.
The gloves were delayed, but they emailed me so I wasn’t wondering what was going on.

The product is awesome and the support is great as well. The only thing that I had a bit of an issue with was the wait time until my product was done.

The 5 month wait was just not something I expected, otherwise the quality of the gloves are awesome

Customer service told me they would…
Customer service told me they would give me a discount for sending me false emails about the progress of my order. That never happened. The glove's color looks faded. Nothing like the pictures on their website where the colors look colorful and vibrant. The gloves overall quality leave a lot to be desired honestly. Oh and and it took ten weeks to get my order.

Hi Eric, thanks your leaving a review. Firstly we did not send our false emails - we provided what information we had at that time. We were very honest and transparent about the delays and all customers were alerted on the same day we were. As far as the gloves, if you feel the colours are "faded" then I would urge you to send pictures and if this is the case we will provide a replacement pair for free. In regards to the 10 week wait, as we already stated, this order was directly after the launch of the iRacing range and the amount of orders we received did put extra strain on all aspects of the process and again we were very transparent with this. Since then, we have changed and improved aspects of our process to ensure this doesn't happen again. All customers in this order have had a discount code sent to them so I would advise you to check your email. We look forward to hearing from you and resolving the issues you have had.
Great look, terrible fit
The gloves look great, but I have been using racing gloves for years from all different companies, alpinestars, minus 273, sparco, etc. I always wear medium and they always fit my hands perfectly....I ordered these gloves in medium and they feel like larges with how loose they are. I turn 5 laps at watkins glen in a gt3 in iracing and my hands feel like they're being scraped by sandpaper with how poorly they fit. I'd love to wear them more, but they just don't fit properly....just a shame that I waited patiently for 3 months after delays for something that literally hurts me to use.

Hi CJ, thank you so much for your review. It sounds to me like there is a sizing issue here. We always ask customers check their size and do not just order what they might do with a different brand. boots look good but due to the size chart shoes that suppose to be a 5 are not a size 5 reached out to them after trying them on and all they said was they had no issues with the size chart

Hi Kenneth, thank you for your review. I have checked with support and whilst we did state that until now, we have had almost zero problems with sizing but that is not where this would end. We did reply and are waiting on your response and once we have all the details we can investigate what has happened here and will ALWAYS provide a free replacement if needed. I understand your frustration but not responding to our email and choosing to leave a negative review on here does not help solve the issue. We always stand by our customers and will go above and beyond to ensure the experience and end product is the best it can be but doing this only further complicates and ultimately slows that process down. I have not spoken with the support team at the time of this reply so if you have replied to them then I hope this is being resolved and if you have not then I urge you to do so ASAP so we can find a suitable solution for you.

Seit 1 Monat warte ich auf ein shirt und Handschuhe bis heute noch nicht da in regelmäßigen Abständen bekomme ich immer die selbe mail der Designer hat die Arbeit abgeschlossen bitte bestätigen Sie ,gemacht getan jedesmal aber immer noch keine Bestätigung das die sachen verschickt sind bin mal gespannt wie lange das spiel noch geht

Und in der Antwort steht das selbe wie in den unzähligen mails der laden ist eine Katastrophe. Ich schreibe die Bestellung als verlust schon ab kauft da lieber nichts Leute gibt genug seriöse Anbieter dieser hier scheint mir unseriös das ist mein Fazit .

Then came production time. Said to be ranging from 6 to 8 weeks. Well, took nearly 12, without a notice. So you better be patient.
Shipment was well protected though, so all good on this side.
Really, faultless, except for the extra delay without any form of communication.

Design servers is good, But when I try to reach the normal customer service I get no response, So far I have sent the same email 3 times and still haven't heard anything to date.
