Excellent service and beautiful vase.
From the first submission of our design the communication was excellent. An email confirming receipt of request, an email telling us it was with the design folks, an email from those people showing the proofs for confirmation. Another one telling us it had been packed and posted. Not to mention how it turned up and turned out beautifully. Very happy with the final results.

Quick delivery and easy to use website to bulk orders.
Service of the team when contacted was very good and quick to respond.
Only problem was the specific trophies ordered the Hockey players are backwards (mirror imaged) on the front of the trophy where the silver plaques were placed. However I have been assured the design team will correct this for future orders it sadly meant the ones I had purchased were lacking slightly in quality,
