For my wife I commissioned a trophy cup
For my wife I commissioned a trophy cup to be awarded at her old school for best piece of original English Literature written by a school pupil. Impact took the wording exactly, converted a jpeg image of the school crest into one they could engrave on the cup and made a splendid trophy. A truly amazing piece of work, thank you.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Item arrived slightly damaged. They insult my intelligence by saying that it's handmade it's not damaged... again insulting my intelligence that it's designed to look at from the front and not the top. It was bent and creased at the top, despite photographs to prove this. I only wanted a replacement.. not a refund, however would not replace it, and if I wanted a refund they would take 20,% restocking fee which would account to around £25...
I have since taken it elsewhere who will do this repair and reseat it onto a better base for less than above.
No way would I purchase anything from this company. This was to be an annual trophy, in memory of my mother's charity, but I will be rethinking next year's, but I can assure you they have lost this chance..... Awful service

As stated in our correspondence the product was supplied as expected , we have spoken to the craftsmen who made it and they confirmed that each one is unique and therefore a replacement would not be uniform because a flower is natural and individual and each tulip is made to reflect this.
