Bought my PV back in 2019, had a questions about, and was answered really quickly.

We encountered an issue with our battery storage which prompted referral back to the installer, In2gr8ted Solutions. They were on the case immediately and subsequently identified the problem. It was too late that day to arrange a “next day” visit however, an electrician was sent the day following and complete repair made. Everything now working as it should.

The batteries and inverter arrived by courier about an hour before Dan and Harry who were friendly and expert in fitting the cables by replacing existing from the loft. We were impressed with their work and support to give us Apps and online info. Very impressed with them.

The experience with the installation of our batteries and inverter has been easy, professional and rewarding. The process has had its ups and downs but managed to high standards. I had the pleasure to have Paul and Scott to conduct the install. Their initial meeting was professional with a hand shake and encouraging attitude. They were straight on the job with some breaks of earl grey tea. They poured lashings of information with ideas for the installation with no negative feedback on my changes. Peter ( the boss) is aplomb manager who has respect for these guys as he gives encouraging comments or guidance if required. I am seriously can’t fault the process and I am very happy with the installation and meeting a gregarious and professional people.

Very efficient, responded to our questions quickly and the fitters did an excellent job.

I had a recent request from my energy company with regards to a solar panel installation. There was missing paperwork which they had requested and a gentleman named Peter sorted this all out for me , pretty much straight away. Fantastic company and personnel. Thank you

Totally delighted with the excellent job,the two fitters worked so hard through the atrocious weather but still managed to do the job in such a professional manner. The whole experience from start to finish was without any hiccups and would certainly highly recommended them.

I first used In2gr8ted Solution for a solar install of 8 panels and a home battery in September 2023. Since then I have used them on another two occasions, to install a further 6 panels on a dormer roof in October, and then today to install an EV charger. Their service has been excellent from first contact to the completion of the work, which has always been done quickly and efficiently.

The people who installed the batteries were very friendly and polite. When they had finished the job they removed all rubbish and left the place clean and tidy,

I have now had my solar panels and batteries for 2 years now.
I had an issue with a faulty lead.
An email was sent a photo call was received and a replacement lead was delivered the very next day.

Very happy with the whole process from start to finish.
It was made that much easier for me having seen a friends near identical system successfully operating over a number of months; and the fact that he had undertaken a considerable amount of research and finding alternative quotes for comparable systems which I greatly benefited from.

The whole team delivered what they said they would do on time with no hidden costs or extras. Commissioning was flawless, including the optional EV charger.

All of the GivEnergy welcome pack material and equipment seems well designed and easy to read/use, especially the default out-of-the-box ‘eco’ setting. Large black but low-profile panels with pigeon guards don’t look at all obtrusive.

It’s amazing to see solar generation coming through even on a dullish day. Just in the process of switching over to an intelligent octopus flux energy tariff to make the most of the largely automated system.

I’m no expert, but In2gr8ted‘s approach seems an easy way of getting hold of a state-of-the-art solar panel storage system wrapped up in a single turn-key solution.

I am very pleased with my Solar panel and GivEnergy battery solution installed by In2gr8ted Solutions Ltd. I had done a lot of research into Solar and battery solutions and In2gr8ted Solutions from the salesman Mark, who provided me with great advice and information to the timetable provided by the office, to the installers it all went seamlessly. They had the products I wanted and the GivEnergy battery is compatible with the Octopus energy tariff I wanted. The installers Scott and Paul were very professional and the quality of the installation was excellent. All the administration was handled expertly and certificates and guarantees provided promptly. Highly recommend this company for solar and battery installation.

I've just had my new PV/battery system installed.
I can't comment on its performance yet, but I can't fault In2gr8ted for their customer service.
My rep Bruce was helpful explaining things and turned up on time for the survey, much appreciated.
Paul and Scott were great installers and I felt confidant that they knew what they were doing even if I didn't..
The technical backup team were also
proficient.
There were no holdups and everything went very quickly.

I have been very happy with my solar PV system installed by In2gr8ted 2 years ago.
When the inverter failed recently In2gr8ted liased with Givenergy to ensure that the new inverter was fitted promptly. I added another battery to the system at the same time which was installed by an In2gr8ted engineer. The end result was very tidy and professional.

This is the second house I have had solar panels put up by in2gr8ted. Both times they were helpful, knowledgeable, timely and reasonably priced. 2 days in and no electricity taken from the grid. 😊
