Infinite Solar Avis 13

Ordered two items but only one received as one was missing from package. Infinite Solar refused to replace missing item. If you don't mind paying for an order and not fully receiving it, then Infinite Solar is for you. I will take my business elsewhere.

Bad experience with this company which seems to be becoming the norm.
Misleading headlines which attract you to purchase from them over other sellers.
Customer service will say anything to keep your money.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I used these guys. seems like they work with / are part of Battery Group or Battery Dynamics. I ordered a Solar Generator and Solar Panels that was supposedly in stock on their website on the 6th July, received an email from Emily Pitt of Battery Dynamics on the 8th arranging delivery, another email on the 9th saying the item was dispatched.......then nothing.
Supposedly 3 days delivery but on the 16th I sent an email to support asking for the courier and tracking number....nothing. Oh! and you can't call them as it's turned off. Sent yet another query to support on the 19th, only to get a reply on the 22nd saying that there was a system fault and the item was actually out of stock!!! So what did you send me a dispatched email for then???
Apparently now I have to wait for "days" to get my money refunded! Any other firm can have your refund in your account in minutes, so why days??
Terrible, shoddy service, do not use this firm that dont seem to know what's going on in their world.

Next step is escalation to the bank or small claims to get my money back, you've had my £650 long enough.

Oh! And the item I ordered is STILL in stock on your website. Sort yourselves out guys. Shocking.

ordered a solis 3 phase inverter and pylontech batteries as part of a set. once everything was fitted the inverter would not connect to the batteries. had an electrician back and forward trying to figure out why, costing me hundreds of pounds, turns out that the batteries are incompatible with the inverter, (after talking to solis customer service) even though sold as a set. rang infinite solar who asked me to get proof from solis that they were incompatible, surely they need to know this if they sell them together.

After multiple phone calls being on hold for 20 mins at a time they have admitted the batteries are wrong for the inverter, and are going to either give me a refund, or want another £1700 for the right batteries.
so this has cost original amount for batteries + £500 for elec to try figure why not working,+ money for elec to remove batteries and then to pay again to fit new batteries. and all they offered was a discount of £70 on the new battery.

Use this company at your peril. They are a linked company to Battery Store. Their customer support is Nil
I bought a Victron Charger . It failed within 12 maths. I returned under warranty. You cannot telephone. Everything is by email and they do not respond for days and then it's after sending repeated chase ups. They stated that were awaiting credit note from Victron. The fact that the Consumer Rights Act applied and that they either repair or replace they totally ignore. Eventually they state that they have received the credit from Victron and still the charger has not been dispatched. So is this a company on its way out ,who knows. Next stop Section 75 Credit Card

They gave me good advice on solar panels and inverters, very friendly service, and the order came on time, well packaged. I had a small issue with one panel, and they sent me another within a couple of weeks. I really couldn't have asked for a better service. The prices on the 595W panels was excellent, and they're great panels!

I ordered a solis data logger on the 24th of March 2024. I got no order confirmation no shipping updates and have never received the item. I contacted them via the website and have received no reply. I called their number and was told by the automated recording that support lines are closed. I tried the sales option and was asked to leave a voicemail. This company clearly has problems. Likely need to take small claims action or via bank, to get a refund.

Ordered 3 solar panels to add to my existing, Showing in stock when ordered, received invoice confirming payment. 12/3/24 received e-mail advising order was in progress,13/3/24 received e mail advising items had been despatched then received e-mail 14/3/24 advising order had been cancelled. Contacted company firstly through the help line surprise, surprise, they have done away with that facility. 15/3/24 Finally spoke to a girl in sales who advised the items are out of stock and refund being processed .(Still showing in stock on website) No refund as of 18/3/24. Feel I have been scammed, I suggest avoiding this company.

The service I received from Infinite Solar was excellent. They excelled in communicating with myself at every step of the transaction. The pricing was competitive and the various staff who contacted me were polite and to the point. Delivery of the 14 solar panels was quick. I really couldn't ask for better.

After a right head ache and worry about being scammed, my delivery turned up after 8 days which was surprise. I owe the company an apology for the previous bad review as it has just turned up without a tracking number with Gregory's transport. So I have changed the rating. This was obviously a one off. I would like to thank Jenny and the team for sorting.

Shocking terrible company. Ordered and paid for an item in stock to be met 2 days later with a PayPal refund. Not a single word email phone call or any correspondence at all. If this is how they treat customers anybody looking to buy from these. Do not!!
