They maybe good at selling cars, but the after sales is awful. The communication is non existent, they do not answer the phone at all, when they do call back they don't stick to their promises. We have had multiple issues with the car, some covered under warranty, some not.

All customers want is honest and timely communication.

My experience with Infinity Motors has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

I bought a 2014 Vauxhall Insignia from them in October, and from day one there were issues. A “Service Vehicle Soon” warning was already showing during the test drive and was still there when I picked the car up. I was told everything would be properly checked as part of their “premium preparation”, but that clearly wasn’t the case.

Within 24 hours the car went into limp mode and became unusable. From there it turned into months of back-and-forth. Until today. The car has had repeated faults relating to the turbo, emissions system and other components, and has been back with the dealership multiple times for extended periods. In total, I’ve been without the car for weeks, and even when I had it, it wasn’t reliable.

What made things worse was the communication — or lack of it. Emails and calls regularly went unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and agreed timelines were missed over and over again. On several occasions I only got a response after chasing repeatedly or escalating the situation.
At one point, parts were even missing from the engine bay after repairs, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. More recently, the car went back yet again for another issue (oil leak), with a promise it would be fixed within a day — and once again, that commitment wasn’t met and communication dropped off.
To be fair, when I escalated things publicly, the Managing Director did get in touch and was apologetic, but it shouldn’t take that level of effort just to get basic customer service. And after that call, and issues ongoing, I was ghosted again.

The most frustrating part is that this all could have been avoided if the car had been properly inspected and prepared before sale, especially given the additional “premium preparation” fee that is not advertised on Autotrader.

Overall, the experience has been exhausting. A car purchase shouldn’t turn into a months-long process of chasing, repairs, and uncertainty.

The car is with them again since 6 days, should have been ready the day after I dropped it off. No communication.

- Do not buy any additional service add-ons. Once you paid, they won't talk to you anymore.
- At the smallest issue, return the car for a full refund.

I recently purchased a car from Infinity Car Motors and I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience, especially thanks to the outstanding support from the sales agent Shawn.

A while back I owned an Audi A3 which I was really attached to, but unfortunately I was involved in an accident that left the car written off. After everything was sorted, I returned to Infinity Car Motors hoping I might find something similar. To my surprise, they actually had a very close match to my old A3, just in a different colour.

At that point I was already dealing with a lot of stress, especially around finance. I had struggled to get approval elsewhere while waiting for my insurance payout to come through, which made things quite complicated. Shawn really stepped in and made a huge difference here. He took the time to understand my situation properly and worked hard to help me secure finance even before the insurance payout was finalised.

He also helped me navigate the insurance side of things, which took a massive weight off my shoulders. Everything felt much more manageable with his guidance, and he kept things straightforward and honest throughout the process.

In the end, I was able to drive away in a car that genuinely felt like the right replacement for my Audi A3, and I don’t think that would have happened without Shawn’s help. Infinity Car Motors delivered a smooth, professional service from start to finish, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a car and proper support through what can often be a stressful process.

Infinity present themselves as a trustworthy dealership offering reassuring warranties, but the reality is very different. The warranty I purchased turned out to be little more than an expensive illusion — a scheme designed to avoid responsibility at every turn. Every attempt to make a legitimate claim was met with evasiveness, delays, and excuses, and several garages outright refused to deal with them due to past experiences.

What followed was a relentless cycle of disputes, broken promises, and stress. The individual overseeing their service and warranty department repeatedly committed to resolving issues, only to reverse those commitments or simply stop responding. I spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing updates, sending emails, and making calls, only to end up paying for the repairs myself because it was less painful than continuing to battle with them.

The entire process has been exhausting, misleading, and deeply unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering a vehicle or warranty from this company to look elsewhere. The frustration, wasted time, and lack of accountability are simply not worth it.

Infinity are the Dellboy of car sellers. Give you all the promise and charm of a "good deal" and a "car dealership warranty" that is hundreds of pounds spent to a company that ducks, dives and weaves their way out of anything possible to not pay for anything under Warranty. If you've done the unfortunate mistake of buying the warranty, strap in for endless arguments, garages refusing to deal with Infinity and the most stressful time of you life! Be warned! Buy your car elsewhere and dont be fooled by their warranty money making scam! George the "head of service and warranties" is head of their rogue trader outfit. Makes false promises and u-turns on anything he says he'll get sorted. I wasted hours of my life chasing, calling and emailing. The kindest thing to myself was to pay for the work myself. The stress, let downs and lies are just not worth my time. Go elsewhere!

Do not buy an extended warranty from this company. It is not worth the paper that it is written on. Have completely given up on my claim and paid for the work to be done myself.
