Poor experience
We have had such a poor experience from this company with floor mats. We paid for 4 logo mats to be on rotation (we are a vet practice so need clean mats regularly) and should be receiving a delivery every 10 days, but we have to chase them up every time to see when they will deliver and they always bring other mats (not our own mats) it's an absolute joke at this stage and would really not recommend them. (the customer service are always lovely on the phone, but they don't seem to get through to the higher management in there) we have made complaints but there still doesn't seem to be any improvement in the service.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
I Ordered a mat with company logo on it which got delivered after a few weeks. I ordered another mat about 4 months ago and I'm still waiting on that mat. I've sent emails out to various people at the company but no reply from anyone.
I got charged for services that I haven't received.
The service in this place is unbelievably poor.
I cant understand how they can run a business and not communicate with people that want to give them business.

Do they have sales people at all?
I don't write negative reviews until I am pushed so far. The time wasted trying to get a person to contact me is absolutely ridiculous. I received a second customer reference number due to my earlier complaints of not having anyone contact me and was assured I would be contacted - very poor business management to allow this to happen. No emails, no phone calls, just nothing - useless waste of my time. 3 weeks later still nothing - unbelievable frustration. (Second Reference no: 571996)
