Inkgarden helped me create a personalized journal for my sister for her birthday. It was perfect -- the colors, printing, format, size of the journal, everything! I have no complaints at all. Thank you for what I believe will be a great birthday gift!

The shipping was fast but one of the pillow cases print was bleeding a little. The other was perfect.

Purchased drink ware from ink garden. Very high quality and very fast shipment of custom items.
Has a small problem with an items damaged in transit. They took care of it immediately!

I've purchased four light weight photo blankets in the past year for gifts. Each time they come out great! Ink gardens website is so easy to use. You won't regret making one.

I contacted inkgarden prior to placing the order to have them review the art files. They felt the files were properly prepared. I then ordered the cups. The finished product is:

1. printed off center for the first three cups, and
2. blurry for the 4th through 24th cup.

I do not believe I can use the blurry cups and do not relish the thought of destroying 21 mugs.

The pillowcase preview was not accurate. It was disappointing.

I got the photo blanket. The photos are crisp, true to color and absolutely stunning. I have a friend with the blanket who washes it weekly and her colors still haven't faded. The price and quality were unbeatable.

I only order from here unless I need other colors as they only sell white. If they did black mugs they would get 100% of my business. Great super fast shipping. Always reliable.

we are so happy with the two personalized blankets we ordered. The colors were so vibrant and the quality of the printed photos was amazing.
we received the order much faster than we expected and are hoping to go back and order more for the grandparents since they loved it too.
the only thing we didnt like is that cropping the photo process was a little more complicated as we werent able to include some key parts of the pictures we put in.

also, i needed a rebate for some of what i paid due to a coupon i used and the customer service was fantastic. I had no obstacles in getting this done!!!

I recently made a photo blanket using ink garden. While I'm very happy/satisfied with the finished product and customer service I received, I have to rate my overall experience as average. The website was not very user friendly (maybe that's because I have a Mac). It took several attempts to create the blanket and I lost the completed project twice, having to start again from scratch. It was very frustrating for me to create. If the product would have been lesser quality, I'd have given a lower score.

Quick turn around time!!

This was my second order from them, and once again I was totally satisfied with my purchase. The site is easy to use, and the products are so cute! Delivery is superfast for a personalized product! I will order again and would recommend inkgarden to anyone!

I had two mugs printed. The quality was okay, the price wasn't awful. It was difficult to place the artwork on the mug b/c I wasn't sure how close the design would come to the handle.

The real issue I have with Inkgarden is the terms of service which I read after I had already place my order, unfortunately. It reads: "When you use our Service, you become a participant in an online community. As a condition of use, you hereby grantInkGarden.com a perpetual, universal, nonexclusive right to copy, display, modify, transmit, make derivative works of and distribute any Content transmitted or provided to the Service by you, solely for the purpose of providing the Service."

The language here is vague and I'm not sure what "the Service" is. I don't want to be a part of their "community". I just wanted to get some mugs printed. I would be more comfortable if it read: "…solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order"

I ordered a custom 15 Oz mug and I have never been happier. I got exactly what I asked for. With the two day shipping, it arrived just in time well packaged for protection. I will use this site again as well as spread the word.
