HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We recently partnered with InReach to sort out our business’s telecoms and Wi-Fi, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the start, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our needs and delivered a solution that worked perfectly for our business.

Inreach were the Technical dream team!

I recently had the pleasure of Jason and Aaron helping my business with IT and printer support. Jason the engineer arrived promptly, demonstrating professionalism and respect for my time. From the moment he stepped into the building it was clear that he was knowledgeable and skilled in his field.

Not only did he address the immediate printer issues with great efficiency, but he also took the time to ensure Aaron was fully briefed on our other IT-related concerns I had. Aarons approach was friendly and approachable, making it easy to discuss problems without feeling intimidated.

Throughout the support process, both of their expertise shone through. They were thorough in their diagnostics and clear in their explanations, ensuring that I understood the solutions they were implementing. I left our interaction feeling empowered and more informed about the technology I use daily.

Overall, the IT and printer support I received was superb. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of technical assistance. Great job! In fact they are taking responsibility for our office move in a few weeks time which involves a new lease line internal cabling and laptops.

From start to finish InReach have been amazing - professional sales, faultless installation and attentive, knowledgeable service - if I'd know switching my Print & Comms supplier was this easy I would of done it ages ago - I intend to move my IT support to them next and would highly recommend them to anyone

2.5 years of unwanted calls

I have been receding calls for over 2.5 years asking me for a meter reading.
Every time i tell them I don’t work in the company that used that printer anymore.
Every time they say they’ll remove my number.
And for 2.5 years the calls have never stopped.

They seriously need to hire someone competent in their departments

Clause 15.1 in SNEAKY contract

When you sign a contract that clearly states 36 months and then in the very very small print and the account manager never mentions that if you want to return the machine at the end of the 36 months, GUESS WHAT it is a 5 year contract and they want to charge you £1215.00 as early settlement. That includes a 10% early settlement discount!!!! Read clause 15.1 VERY CAREFULLY. NOT HAPPY

Absolute brilliant service

Absolute brilliant service, telephoned as I had run out of toner and mentioned I could collect as I was only a 15 minute drive away but they drove the item to me as it was urgently needed. Would definitely recommend.

We recently changed over from a big company and I cant believe how great and such a smooth process its been and to add very quick!! Zac who came in and help set up the new printer whilst disposing of the old one to!! was fantastic he was patient with all questions asked of him and he went over and beyond to make sure we knew everything and that everything was working perfectly. I cant recommend Inreach enough.

Always a pleasure to deal with

We have dealt with InReach for many years. For each machine we have had the sales team were good and very helpful and were able to meet our needs. Equipment was delivered on time and the delivery team were excellent. Ordering consumables is easy and they always arrive the next day. We have used the company for IT support and they are very knowledgeable and always resolve our issues. The servicing team are always professional and have dealt with any faults quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this company.

Nasty problem with 3350i…

Nasty problem with 3350i scanning-to-email...related to SSL Certificate.

Jake, at InReach, gave clear instructions on how to access the Administrator interface, via the Browser and fixed the issue, in a few minutes.

Always very quick to act and respond

Always very quick to act and respond. Professional and friendly and great advocats for the work we do in the community. They attend our charity events and have raised thousands of pounds towards our work with the homeless and vulnerable. They are a very valuable partner who we take a great deal of pleasure working with. They provide our mobile and printer contracts.

Terrible company

Make sure you read your contract, can't get out and have charged me £100 to read my meter on my printer.

Customer Service at it's best

Great People make a Great Business...and InReach have quite brilliant people.

We have worked with Adam and the team for many years and see first hand their dedication to customer service. They genuinely like doing business the right way. Having individuals that prioritise their customer's needs is key to this.

I have no hesitation in recommending InReach.

Failure to resolve issue

A user tried to hotspot from an 02 UK SIM but was unable to do so. The system registered that the handset was still overseas, despite it being in the UK. For several days attempts were made to resolve the hotspot issue. Despite several communications and attempts by the service provider, the user left the UK prior to the issue being resolved.
