My download link won't work. I tried calling their tech support because their online chat is useless. PLEASE send me the download link and license key to my email account. Order #6632 and was ordered on March 7,2026

NO SUPPORT.
TWO PHONE CALLS TWO MESSAGES NO REPLY.
TWO EMAILS NO REPLY.

I paid for my order and am still waiting to get the Windows license. I called the help desk no one returned the call is been return

despite the delay in receiving the email containing the download link and product key, i am very pleased with the product and price. i recommend the office product from instant license just be patient, it will come.

The software I purchased was not delivered when promised. I cancelled the order and they still billed my credit card. DO NOT USE this company. No customer service at all.

I got the download, but it wouldn't run. I tried to call you and all I got was recordings, and no call back. I an furious! I don't have $69.99 to waste nor do I appreciate dealing with unresponsive people.

The software you sent me does not have the digital signature and it won’t installed. I asked for help and my money back but you never responded. I think is an illegal MS Home Office software.

It did not work!!! We received an error that’s stated too many licenses

I have called and emailed with no response from the company, The install soft wear does not work.

I purchased 2 of the MS Office Pro programs and have ever received the key codes for use. I've sent 4 emails, and 2 phone calls, the phone just goes straight to voicemail, and I've never had anyone get back to me. The key codes are supposed to be sent within 1-6 hours. It's now been 98 hours and still nothing. Time to see if they really have a "money back guarantee!

The link does not work. Can anyone please help me? I have called and left a message multiple times, with no return phone call.

If I could give you no stars, or minus 50 stars, I would do so. I inadvertently ordered something from a company that fraudulently presented itself as an agent for Microsoft, and when I discovered that the item I ordered--and paid for--was coming from the UK, I attempted to contact the company to try to cancel the order. An email went un-responded to and the charge has gone through my credit card. I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. NOW I AM HAVING TO DEAL WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN AN ATTEMPT TO CANCEL THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION AND GET MY MONEY REFUNDED.

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THE LINK TO THE DOWNLOAD CODE SUPPLIED BY THE COMPANY DOES NOT WORK!!!

THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

Download link failed. Customer support was no help. I have requested a refund. No response.

Was unable to install the purchased software.
Sent emails to the help desk on 9/1/2025, 9/10/2025 and 9/26/2025.
No response from Customer Service. Absolutely do not recommend this vendor.

The software will not load.

The phone number goes to voicemail and email, I am still waiting for a response and fix after two days.
I cannot do tasks with Microsoft and this is really frustrating to have to postpone work for days.

Paid for Microsoft Office and never received the link for it. Have contacted your company but if I don’t receive the link I’ll going to dispute the charges to my account.

Never recieved my software download or licence. just charged me and never sent delivery. Total rip off from my perspective.
