Insulating Windows Avis 7

This company did a very awful job for me. I contact them several time to fix the problem that occurred as a result of their work. Michael Bennett promised to fix it. I have waited for four months now and couldn't get hold of anyone from the company. He had refused to pick my calls, respond to messages or do anything about it. Please avoid them for your own sanity,

This company was recommended to me after getting 1 quote for windows .tried calling and seems they are never available to talk to. Left messages on the answerphone…. No response. Completed 2 enquiries on line, no one has come back to me . Very disappointing

Sadly the patio sliding door was installed incorrectly. After 3 attempts to put right, faults still present. At one point the door came off the track!
Michael Bennet promised to sort this but now fails to return calls. Have also visited the showroom in Queensway Hemel Hempstead with no success.
I am saddened to write this but all I wanted was my door put right. The door was fitted in Dec 24!

I would not recommend this company! Had a new front door fitted last year which has always been stiff to lock. Eventually I couldn’t lock it at all. They sent someone out, took bolts out and said they would send someone round to fix it. Eight weeks later the door is still in bits. I have phoned 9 times. Each time I have had the same conversation about how we are a priority and they will call back within 24 hours - nothing! Having spent £2000 I would expect a better service. It now looks like I will need to get another company to put right their bad work. I will leave it with the onbudsman.

Paid deposit & interim payment north of £1300. Install date of 18 August 2023, no show, finally admitting after getting email address of the CEO that the frames hadn’t arrived. It’s now 5 weeks later and still no windows or contact from this abysmal company. I have tried contacting them, left reviews on Google etc, but no windows or money back.
BEWARE, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY.

Front Composite Door fitted on time and with very efficient cost! This company quoted reasonable and finished the work on time with very friendly staff.

I asked the company to give me a quotation for Green Home Grant scheme. It arrived quickly but it showed a completely different design that I wanted. (what I clearly indicated by a name reference and an image) In a phone conversation, a man said "I have exactly the design you want" and then he sent something completely different. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry. I asked for a revised quotation. I waited for it 23 days. When it came it was 3 times higher than the previous one only because they needed to supply a door from a different manufacturer. And I assure you there was nothing special about this door to justify this. Likely they wanted to take advantage of the fact that it was for Green Home Grant scheme and UK would pay for it.
Please be aware they are not too professional and could be too busy to help you quickly.
