They took my money and gave me a dud code for the download that I paid £189 for. Just weren`t interested to help me out.

Blamed other companies.

Brought some headphones, quality price for Behringer and received quickly by post.

I just want to congratulate Inta Audio on their customer service (again). I bought a custom-spec PC from Inta Audio 2.5 years ago so, you know, long enough for most companies not to care about you any more. I wanted to upgrade some components, which IA doesn't even do, but it didn't stop them taking the time to advise me on what I should get, what would be compatible with my build, and so on. Great service.

It took me 2 years to get from "must replace PC" to actually doing it, and at both ends of the timescale got great help and advice from Inta. No upselling but exactly what I needed. Kieran kept in touch at all times during Covid lockdown, and even managed to get replacement monitor sent out the same day after DPD had played football with the first one. Even minor queries to sort spec. before build dealt with instantly. PC silent and rock solid (i7 EVO Pro). 3ms latency at 48kHz on 50+ tracks of choir with multiple live-process pitch adjustments in Cubase and CPU hungry cathedral reverbs, and glitch-free playback with no need to increase buffer size. Oh, and it's frequently running tedious necessary things in the background plus Google Meets and Active Presenter Video Recordings for remote teaching without any conflicts with the music side. Delighted customer!

I bought an i9 EVO Pro Music PC from Inta Audio. I am very happy with it. The build quality is excellent. The customer service from Kieran was helpful and accurate. The build and delivery times were fast too - even during the COVID-19 crisis. I thoroughly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.

Use CPC UK instead, much better seller.

Found a piano stand on Amazon for a good price. Page stated free delivery to my postcode. Placed order. Paid. Waited two days and received Amazon notification that order was cancelled by seller (Inta Audio).

Contacted Amazon who emailed seller on my behalf. They replied, stating that courier doesn't deliver to my location due to Coronavirus. Nonsense. They just take a bit longer.

More likely, the seller decided they didn't want to post to Highlands for free, as advertised and sold.

Once the order is accepted and payment taken there is a contract. I couldn't be bothered pursuing that route. Found the exact same stand at the same price with free delivery from CPC UK.

Will not be knowingly visiting Inta Audio again.

You order and they don’t tell you any information.

Then when you call to find out the problem they are extremely unhelpful and not pro active in my purchase.

Ended up cancelling and buying elsewhere.

Now imagine if you had to fix or send back a purchase, what kind of customer service you would receive after they have your money?

Bought a plug-in and a set of headphones and on all accounts I’m disappointed. I’ve not had a confirmation email regarding my order, no download link for my plugin and why?

They are closed over weekends which to be honest, just isn’t good enough. It doesn’t say anywhere during the purchasing process that nothing will be sent out or emailed to you until the next available working day. So now I’ve just spent £100+ on a plug-in that I can’t use until NEXT weekend. I bought it on Friday ready for the weekend, had I’d known you were closed on weekends I’d have gone somewhere else.

I’m not one for complaining but this has ruined my weekend I had planned for just music as I work long hours during the week; so thanks a bunch.

Not impressed, massively inconvenient considering I’ve just spent over £200 and not even received a confirmation email.

What adds to the fire is their help team isn’t even available on weekends either, meaning my message I’ve sent to them won’t even get seen until god knows when next week.

Tempted to apply for a refund in truth.

This company use Parcelforce for their deliveries. It's now taken two and a half weeks to receive my item. Don't expect your item to turn up on time or even at all. Use another site that doesn't use Parcelforce instead.

Upgraded to Cubase Pro 10.5 from AI
Upgrade was a good price, cheaper than the Steinberg website. package arrived in 2 working days on Xmas Eve, which is probably the busiest postal day of the year.
Was able to track postage live on Percelforce site, so had an idea when it was arriving so could plan day around that.

Convenient and good, so happy to use again.
