Someone contacted my 84 year old mother in-law regarding insurance for the underground pipes on her property , she told them she wasn't interested and basically had to hang up on them as they were being very persistent and it was upsetting her. about a week later she received a direct debit form from this company with her full address and bank details which I find most concerning as she didn't give the caller any details yet this was set up and the first payment of £29.99 has gone out of her bank today, we've spoken to the bank who have now cancelled the direct debit, she hasn't received any documents from the company who are supposedly offering the cover and when contacted by the bank they had never heard of her and knew straight away it would be something to do with this company , this whole experience has caused a lot of stress to my mother in-law and it certainly does seem they prey on the elderly , should hang there heads in shame

Contacted Interbacs regarding a suspect Direct Debit set up by another company. After explaining my concerns, Chris immediately cancelled the DD. Thank you for the speedy resolution.

I have to deal first hand with vulnerable individuals that have unwillingly signed up to policies they do not need. Great to see that Interbacs are getting it right. Same as other 2 reviews Interbacs DD for £269.99 to Clear Water Drainage Cover for our elderly neighbour with Dementia. We have recently cancelled 3 Boiler Cover on her behalf DD for over £1,000 a year. 2 genuine companies one spam. Someone at your end not doing there job.
Just had an email to check my review but the 2 DD have Interbacs Re Drainage Protection and another Interbacs 3 for £269.99. Not sure if there is another interbacs that does DD,
I have changed my review after the support I have received from Chris Hughes at Interbac. Refunds have been received from all companies involve, and I now realise my troubles were not of Interbacs making. Thanks Chris. John
Since using Interbacs we have been able to process payments with ease and have a great team to reach out to when any questions are needing replies.
The pricing is competative and pay outs are fast.
I would highly recommend Interbacs
An all-too-rare example, in the modern world, of a company who says that they will do something... ... and then actually does it.
I think the thing that impressed me most was the immediacy of the attention we received once we were recognised as a serious potential customer. Within hours we were having virtual meetings with sales, technical, integration and commercial teams. This was VERY impressive. And this attentiveness did not stop once we had signed up. Throughout the early, mid and late on-boarding process whenever we had a query or spotted a potential issue, it was resolved, usually in minutes.
This seems like a company who get a lot of things absolutely right.

I contacted Interbacs as they were the credit services company used by a scam company to elicit payment from my elderly mother (much n the similar circumstances top the eearlier review on this thread form July last year). Interbacs were very helpful in giving me advcie and help, for which I am grateful.

Chris was very helpful dealing with the money deducted from my elderly auntie's bank account. Interbacs are purely the intermediary and not the low life scammers that use Interbacs as a method of defrauding the vulnerable. It would be unfair to blame Interbacs. They seem very knowledgeable and i have reassurance that the money 'stolen' from my aunt can be returned, and even how to report it, to hopefully stop this happening to others.
